Objective: with the increase of life span and the decrease of birth rate, the aging population in China is increasing, and the health problems of the elderly are becoming more and more serious. In recent years, falling down has become the leading cause of injury and death of the elderly over 65 years old in China, which affects the quality of life more than cerebrovascular diseases, especially some sequelae after falling down.In the understanding of bone loss with age growth become inevitable, the fall is one of the important causes of injury in the elderly falls happen probability is relatively larger, older women,on the basis of the balance of the design is given priority to with Taijiquan exercise intervention programs, and detect the position of osteopenia older women swinging intensity, overall stability, synchronicity, weight distribution percentages, weight distribution coefficient changes, such as evaluation subjects balance ability is improved. Methods: the experiment was divided into two stages. In the first stage, four communities in Haidian district of Beijing(Luozhuang Dongli community,Luozhuang Xili community,Jimenli community,Hongmin village community)were randomly selected by multi-level cluster sampling as the research site.,aged 60 to 75 years old osteopenia female elderly residents, first by asking no mental illness, the ability of Taijiquan movement, then through the investigation and consulting in the way of life, the respect such as movement background no big difference, and elderly persons without Taijiquan exercise experience, screening of sample size, ensure homogeneity of the subjects.Finally,60 subjects with t-value between-1 and-2.5 tested by the Achilles Insight ultrasonic bone density meter were selected for ankle bone density test and Tetrax balance test respectively. The selected 60 subjects were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 30 people in each group.Phase 2: the experimental group performed 24 simplified Tai Chi exercises for 6 months, while the control group did not change their habits. After 6months,the Tetrax balance test was performed again, and the data before and after the experiment were analyzed. Results: Results: first, after the experiment, the posture swing intensity of the experimental group in the low band, middle band, middle band and high band decreased compared with the control group, but there was no significant difference between the groups(p>0.05).In the experimental group, the risk index was significantly reduced, and the risk of falling was significantly reduced(p<0.01).Experimental group left, the right side of the heel and toe of synchronicity(AB,CD),double foot heel and toe of synchronicity(AC,BD),two feet diagonal synchronicity(AD,BC)and contrast between the way there was no significant difference(p > 0.05),but the left side of the heel and toethe synchronicity of synchrony(AB),double foot heel(AC)than the control group in the normal range, and overall stability has significantly increased(p < 0.01);Compared with the control group, the weight distribution coefficient(WDI)of the experimental group was reduced, and the weight distribution difference was reduced(p<0.01).Second,compared with before the experiment, the data of the control group after the experiment showed no significant changes in posture swing intensity, fall risk, overall stability, bipedal synchronism, weight distribution percentage and weight distribution coefficient of the four points before and after the feet(p>0.05).Third,compared with before the experiment, the posture swing intensity of the experimental group in the low band, middle and low band, middle and high band all decreased after the experiment, and there was no significant difference between the groups(p>0.05),while the risk of falling was significantly reduced(p<0.01).After the experiment, the left heel and toe synchrony(AB)and heel synchrony(AC)of both feet returned to the normal range, and the diagonal synchrony(AD)and sole synchrony(BD)were all better than before the experiment, but the difference was not significant(p>0.05).After the experiment, the right heel and toe synchrony(CD)and diagonal synchrony(BC)were significantly improved compared with those before the experiment, and the overall stability was improved(p<0.05).Compared with before the experiment, there was A significant difference in weight distribution of the subjects after the experiment(p<0.05),and the weight percentage of the force table B and D was slightly larger than that of the force table A and B,and the weight distribution of the subjects was slightly more on the balls of their feet, and the percentage of the four force tables was closer to 25%,but the difference was not significant(p>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Long-term and regular Taijiquan exercise can affect vision, vestibular organs, somatosensory function and central nervous function of elderly women with decreased bone mass, improve their postural control ability at different frequencies, reduce the risk of falls, and indirectly promote the improvement of balance ability.2.Each movement of Taijiquan,or between movements, attaches great importance to the coordination of body parts.Long-term Taijiquan practice can enhance the coordination between various parts of the body, exercise the overall coordination of the body, and thus improve the overall synchronization and stability.3.Taijiquan is a slow movement that pays special attention to the transformation of the center of gravity. In the process of exercise, the center of gravity is obviously false or true.
