According to the law of children's movement development and psychological characteristics,using the flower ball as the props,this study designed a complete set of self-compiled Pom Cheerleading exercise teaching program,and carried out the self-compiled Pom Cheerleading exercise learning intervention experiment for5-6-year-old children.By using the second edition of tgmd-2 and children's cognitive development checklist,this paper discusses the influence of self-compiled Pom Cheerleading exercise learning on the development of 5-6-year-old children's gross motor and cognitive development,provides reference examples for children's cheerleading teaching activities,increases the selection of kindergarten sports activities in the future,and enriches children's sports activities Theoretical basis.In the process of research,the methods of literature,experiment,observation and mathematical statistics are used.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Self-compiled Pom Cheerleading exercise learning can effectively promote the development of children's gross motor,after 12 weeks' self-compiled Pom Cheerleading exercise learning,the children in the experimental group all improved their rough movements to different degrees.Based on the analysis of the measurement data,it was found that there were significant differences in the six scores before and after the experiment.2.After 12 weeks' self-compiled Pom Cheerleading exercise learning,the body mobility of female infants in the experimental group was improved to a greater extent,thus reducing the difference in gross motor development between different genders;There is a significant difference in the object control performance of male children before and after the experiment.Therefore,the self-compiled Pom Cheerleading exercise learning can effectively promote the balanced development of children's ability to move and control objects.3.After 12 weeks,each index of two groups of children's scores increased than before the trial,but the experimental group children's improvement is more apparent,the result is better than the control group infants,one of six grade is much higher than the control group infants,two groups of children's performance difference is very obvious,therefore,the self-compiled Pom Cheerleading exercise are learning more targeted,more can improve children's gross motor development.4.The learning of compiled Pom Cheerleading exercise can improve the cognitive development of children,among which spatial cognition,time cognition and quantity cognition are significantly improved.Therefore,the learning of self-compiled Pom Cheerleading exercise can effectively promote the improvement of children's cognitive development.5.After 12 weeks of self-compiled Pom Cheerleading exercise learning,the time cognition of male children has been further improved,and the gender difference in cognitive development level has been reduced.At the same time,the cognitive development level of children of different genders has been improved synchronously after the experiment.6.After 12 weeks of the experiment,the experimental group increase more,children's cognitive development level,the total score and the control group infants total score difference significantly,the four tests,the experimental group were superior to control group infants,young children's performance of spatial cognition,cognitive test scores higher than the control group infants more time,therefore,is in regular physical activity,self-compiled Pom Cheerleading exercise are learning can improve the level of children's cognitive development.
