| Children are sedentary and sedentary,addicted to TV,games and other static audio-visual situations can be seen everywhere.Children do not have enough and scientific physical activities,which is the direct cause of the low development of gross motor skills and the affected health level of children.At present,the physical health condition of children in Guangxi is not optimistic.It is necessary to improve children’s sports ability and promote their physical and mental health by developing their motor skills at the age of 3~6.Purpose: Based on the changes of displacement skills and object control skills before and after children aged 3-6 participated in physical fitness games in Lingyun County,Guangxi,this paper reveals the characteristics and rules of gross motor development of children in this region,and provides a regional case for exploring the development of gross motor of children.At the same time,the effect of physical fitness games designed based on children’s basic motor skills development on gross motor development was verified.Methods: A total of 346 children aged 3-6 years from the third and fourth kindergartens in Lingyun County,Guangxi were randomly divided into the experimental group(n= 169)and the control group(n= 177),including male children(n= 189)and female children(n=157).The intervention period was 10 weeks,twice a week,30 minutes each time,and each activity included 5minutes of warm-up activity(activation and mobilization),20 minutes of main game activity(improvement and promotion),and 5 minutes of relaxation activity(recovery and regeneration).The experimental group received children’s physical fitness activity course,which was compiled in the form of gamification according to children’s different ages and physical requirements in the field of health in the Guide for Learning and Development of Children Aged 3-6 combined with the rules of movement development of children aged 3-6,and followed the principles of safety,fun and science.The control group underwent traditional outdoor sports game activities.Using the American gross motor development test tool(TGMD-3),its indicators include: running,horse step,hop,running jump,standing long jump,sideslide and other displacement skills of 6 items;There are 7 object control skills such as two-handed fixed ball,forehand drop ball,single-handed dribble in place,two-handed catch ball,fixed ball kicking,overhand throwing,and low-hand throwing ball.The data before and after the experiment were obtained through the test,and the total scores of displacement skills,object manipulation skills and gross motor development were analyzed to compare the differences of each index before and after the experiment of gross motor development of children of different ages and genders.SPSS25.0 software was used for relevant data analysis.Desptive statistics were used to analyze children’s displacement skill score,object control score and gross motor development skill score.The data analysis results were expressed as the mean soil standard deviation(M soil SD).Independent sample t-test was used to analyze the difference of gross motor skill development level of children of different ages and genders.The paired sample T test was used to analyze the changes of relevant parameters before and after the experiment.Results:(1)Before the experiment,there were no significant differences in the 13 indexes between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05).There were no significant differences in the total scores of movement skills,object manipulation skills and gross motor development between the experimental group and the control group in the large,middle and small classes(P > 0.05).(2)After the experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05)in Daban horse jump,one-footed jump,forehand drop ball,two-handed catch and other items,and there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.01)in both hands fixed ball,single-handed dribble and other items.There were significant differences(P < 0.05)in middle class hopped,run and jump,in-place single-handed dribble,two-handed catch,low-hand throw and other items,and there were significant differences in standing long jump,sideslip step,overhand throw and other items(P < 0.01).There were significant differences in small class jump,horse trot,single foot jump,both hands hitting the fixed ball(P <0.05),and there were significant differences in side slide step catching the ball with both hands,kicking the fixed ball,overhand throwing and other items(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference in other items(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in displacement skills,object control skills and gross motor development scores among the three classes(P < 0.01).(3)After the experiment,there were significant differences(P < 0.01)between the experimental group and the control group(n=189)in horse step,hop,sideslip,catch the ball with both hands,kick the fixed ball,overhand throwing,etc.Female children(n=157)had significant differences in horse step,hop and dribble with one hand in place(P < 0.05),and had significant differences in standing long jump,sideslip step,two-handed catch,kick fixed ball and throw ball with low hand(P < 0.01),but had no significant differences in other events(P < 0.05).(4)Before and after the experiment,the growth rate of the large class in the experimental group was 22.90%,the growth rate of the middle class was 23.65%,and the growth rate of the small class was 33.24%,showing a very significant difference(P < 0.01).Conclusion:(1)The characteristics of gross motor development of children aged 3-6 years in Lingyun County of Guangxi showed that gross motor skills improved with the increase of age,and there were age differences in some items.(2)After the fitness game course of 30 minutes each time,twice a week,lasting for 10 weeks,the experimental group of 3-6 years old children in Lingyun County,Guangxi showed good results in the development of gross motor,and gender difference was shown in each age group.(3)The curriculum for children based on age-divided physical fitness games,which follows the principles of safety,science and fun,and is designed according to the items related to displacement skills and object control skills,is feasible,and can well promote the development of gross motor skills of children aged 3-6 in Lingyun County,Guangxi. |
