Fast power as a form of power,is hundreds of meters project athletes excellent achievements in the most basic,the most important factor,with the continuous development of sprint project,some shortcomings of the traditional resistance training constantly exposed,released at the end of training the excellent characteristic of training mechanisms and training more accord with sprint in the rapid development of power demand,but released at the end of the training load intensity is not decided yet,what kind of load interval more in line with the development of hundreds of meters project characteristics need to be further discussed.The purpose of this paper is to analysis the different load release at the end of the training effect of lower limb fast strength training for sprinters,explore different release at the end of the training load and fast strength between development tendency,to seek the most appropriate release at the end of the sprint training load range,training for the end of the release in sprint events provide theoretical and experimental basis for the application.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics.Will be 12 sports training in shandong institute of physical education students are divided into A,B two group,A group of B group respectively take different release at the end of the training intensity(take 30% load strength of group A and group B to 60% load intensity),training three times A week,and each time lasts 90 minutes,after eight weeks of formal training intervention,get the test data,statistical analysis,the conclusion is as follows:1,30% 1 rm release at the end of the training load strength and 60% 1 rm release at the end of the training intensity are lower limb power has obvious increase quickly,in their resistance against athletes fast strength leading projects,30% 1 rm load release at the end of the training effect is good in the end of 60% 1 rm load release training group,strength rapidly in resistance against the world leading projects,60% 1 rm load intensity is released at the end of the training effect is good in the end of 30% 1 rm release training.2,hundreds of meters in athletes performance ascension.30% 1 rm release at the end of the training intensity of better than 60% 1 rm release at the end of training,the reason for this is that 30% 1 rm release at the end of the training intensity is more conform to the special characteristics of movement,movement speed when training more meet the needs of competition,more suitable for development of peak load,speed,and to accelerate the heart muscle from the better effect of converting speed.3.The end-release training of different loads has a certain tendency to the development of fast strength.30% of the load intensity is suitable for the development of athletes' peak speed,and 60% of the load intensity is suitable for the development of athletes' peak strength.
