Fast power is the core of strength training and is an important factor in improving athletes' athletic performance in sprint events.The rapid telescopic compound training is an effective method to improve the rapid strength.However,in many rapid telescopic compound training methods,it is inevitable that the coaches are blind when selecting and adopting.Which method is the best for improving the fast strength of the sprinters,and The impact of its athletic performance needs further exploration.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effects of different types of rapid telescopic compound training on the training effect of short-sports athletes' rapid strength in lower limbs,and to explore the relationship between different training effects and sports performance.It seeks to improve the training method of sprinters' best strength and athletic performance,and provides theoretical and experimental basis for the application of rapid expansion combined training in sprint training.This paper mainly uses literature data method,experimental method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method.The 18 sprinters of Shandong Institute of Physical Education were randomly divided into three groups.Group A and Group B respectively adopted two different rapid compound contraction training methods(A group of rapid expansion and contraction training in the direction of upward force,and a direction of force in Group B Fast telescopic compound training),Control group was trained by traditional anti-resistance load method,training 3 times a week for 90 minutes each time.After 8 weeks of intervention experiment,the test data was obtained and statistical analysis was carried out.The conclusions are as follows:1.Rapid telescopic compound training and traditional resistance training can improve the athlete's lower limb rapid strength,but the rapid telescopic composite training is superior to the traditional resistance training.In terms of improving the athlete's upward rapid force,the upward rapid retracting compound training method is more effective.Improve the rapid strength of the athletes forward,and the rapid expansion and contraction training method with the direction of the force is better.2,rapid expansion compound training and traditional resistance training can improve athletes' sports performance,but rapid expansion combined training is better than traditional resistance training.In terms of improving the athlete's upward sports performance,the upward rapid retracting compound training method is more effective.In terms of improving athletes' forward sports performance and special sports performance,the rapid expansion and contraction training method with the direction of force is better.3.The action structure of the rapid telescopic compound training has a consistent feature with the directed development of the athlete's rapid strength.Therefore,the technical characteristics and competitive needs of sports projects should be considered when designing fast-expanding compound training methods.
