| Research purposes: By studying 12 weeks of resistance strength training before and after the intervention to reduce fat effect and intervention in the process of training before and after the change of the body fat index and the content of fat cell factor,further explore absolute power and its correlation,explore long-term resistance strength training for female college students body fat every index,waist circumference,hip circumference and skinfold and the influence of adiponectin and iris pigment in the blood.Research contents:(1)to observe the 12 weeks of resistance strength training 60 non-sports professional female college students in shandong province,body weight,BMI,body fat mass,body fat rate,waist,hip circumference and skinfold(triceps,and shoulder,abdomen,iliac)(2)the changes of the research of 12 weeks of resistance strength training 60 non-sports professional female college students in shandong province,the influence of body fat.(3)to explore the correlation between absolute strength and serum adiponectin and irisin levels and body fat indexes in female college students.Methods: 60 subjects were randomly divided into two groups,the strength group and the control group,with 40 in the strength group and 20 in the control group.The exercise amount of the strength group was 10 times *4 groups *70% of 1RM squat and bench press,2 minutes interval between the groups,twice a week for 12 weeks,and 1RM test was conducted every four weeks to redefine the new training load to adapt to the change of strength growth.The control group did not exercise.Subjects' weight,BMI,body fat rate,fat weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,skin fold thickness(triceps,subscapulae,abdomen,iliac)were tested 12 weeks and 12 weeks later.Fasting elbow vein blood was collected in the morning before and after training,and adiponectin and irisin contents were measured.Results:(1)body body FAT index weight,body mass index(BMI),body FAT rate(%),body FAT,waist circumference,hip circumference and skinfold(triceps,and shoulder,abdomen,iliac)significantly lower overall indicators,including body weight and body mass index(BMI)significant difference is not big,body FAT mass and body FAT rate,waistline is very significant difference(P < 0.01);The hip circumference was significantly different(P<0.05).The thickness of subscapular skin pleat showed significant difference(P<0.01).The thickness of skin fold between deltoid muscle and anterior abdomen was significantly different(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the thickness of the pleat on the iliac part.(2)blood indicators: the decrease of serum adiponectin showed a very significant difference(P<0.01),while that of irisin showed a significant difference The difference was very significant(P<0.01).(3)Correlation analysis: A: absolute power and female college students of the squat body weight,body mass index(BMI),waist circumference,hip circumference and blood is closely relative to iris pigment,including body weight,body mass index(BMI)and waist circumference were very significant positive correlation(P < 0.01),hip circumference and blood of iris pigment positive correlation was significant change(P < 0.5);There was a negative correlation with body fat rate,body fat volume and skin fold thickness(triceps,iliac),among which the negative correlation with body fat rate,skin fold thickness of triceps and iliac was very significant(P<0.01),and the negative correlation between body fat volume and serum irisin was significant(P<0.5).There was little correlation with serum adiponectin,subscapular and abdominal thickness of skin folds.B: the absolute power of the bench press and female university students' body weight,body mass index(BMI),waist circumference,hip circumference,and positively related to the level of serum iris pigment including body weight,body mass index(BMI),waist circumference is very significant positive correlation(P < 0.01),hip circumference,and serum of iris pigment positive correlation was significant change(P < 0.5);There was a negative correlation with body fat rate,body fat volume and skin pleat thickness(triceps,iliac),among which the negative correlation of body fat rate and skin pleat thickness of triceps was very significant(P<0.01),and the negative correlation of skin pleat thickness of the iliac was significant(P<0.05).There was little correlation with serum adiponectin,subscapular and abdominal thickness of skin folds.(2)resistance strength training for 12 weeks significantly reduced waist circumference,hip circumference and leather pleat thickness of female college students.(3)12-week resistance strength training can significantly increase the secretion of the adipocytokine irisin and lipidysin in the serum of female college students,and the effect of fat reduction is significant.(4)Absolute strength was correlated with body fat changes and adipocytes,and positively correlated with body weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference and serum irisin.It was negatively correlated with body fat rate,body fat volume,skin fold thickness(triceps,abdomen,iliac).There was no significant correlation with blood adiponectin and subscapular skin fold thickness. |
