Among today's female fitness groups,female college students are the most important group.It is precisely because of the strong demand of female college students for fitness shaping that resistance training is more widely used in modern fitness training.However,exercise is very particular about methods and skills.Resistance training with different strengths can bring different results to the fitness and shaping of female college students.Therefore,this article is mainly aimed at female college students majoring in fitness.The purpose of this study is to study the changes in body shape caused by resistance training at different intensities.A comparative analysis of the effect of resistance training of different strengths on female college students in China,to find out the resistance strength that is most suitable for female college students in fitness exercises;Third,to choose the most suitable resistance strength,and to develop scientific fitness exercises.Practice is applied to the training of female college students in maintaining body shape.In this way,this article's research on the impact of resistance training of different strengths on the body circumference of fitness college female students can further clarify the different effects of resistance training of different strengths on the body circumference of fitness college female students.Therefore,it is possible to indicate a more scientific and reasonable training intensity for female college students in the subsequent fitness shaping training.In this research,the literature method,expert interview method,experimental method,and mathematical statistics method are mainly used.During the experimental research,a total of 40 female college students with similar height,weight,age,and physical shape were selected as the research.Subjects to analyze the effect of resistance training of different intensity on the body shape of female college students specializing in fitness.Analysis conclusion:(1)In this paper,the body shape of the female college students who are experimentally studied in this article are body weight,chest circumference,waist circumference,hip circumference,thigh circumference,body fat percentage and waist-hip ratio.The training methods used in the experiment in this paper are weight-bearing resistance training,exercises to overcome elastic objects,exercises using strength training equipment,and exercises to overcome one's own weight.(2)Before the experiment,the first experimental group(40% 1RM low resistance strength),the second experimental group(40%-60% 1RM medium resistance strength),thethird experimental group(60%-80% 1RM high resistance strength)and the control group Female college students,through comparison of body shape indicators such as chest circumference,waist circumference,hip circumference,thigh circumference,body fat rate and waist-to-hip ratio,showed that there were no significant differences in the body shape indexes of the four groups of female college students(P> 0.05).(3)After the experiment,the female students in the experimental group(40% 1RM low resistance strength)had a slight decrease in weight,waist circumference,thigh circumference,body fat rate and waist-hip ratio compared with before the experiment.The results showed that there was a significant difference(P <0.1),but there was no significant change in the bust and hip circumference indicators,and the results showed no significant difference(P> 0.1);the second experimental group(40%-60% 1RM medium resistance(Resistance strength)The female college students' weight,waist circumference,thigh circumference,body fat rate and waist-to-hip ratio decreased significantly.The results showed that there was a very significant difference(P <0.01),while there was a significant difference in the bust growth to a certain extent(P <0.05),there is a certain degree of decline in hip circumference indicators(P <0.1);three groups of experiments(60%-80% 1RM high resistance strength)female college students in weight,chest circumference,waist circumference,hip circumference,Thigh circumference,body fat rate and waist-to-hip ratio and other indicators showed a very significant difference(P <0.01),but the weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,body fat rate indicators did not change significantly compared with the experimental two groups,While the bust,thigh circumference and Hip ratio indicators from the effect of improving the look weaker in the second experiment group.(4)After the experiment,the female college students in the control group had a certain degree of decrease in indicators such as weight,bust,thigh circumference and body fat rate.The results showed that there were significant differences(P <0.1),while the waist circumference,hip circumference and waist There is no significant difference in hip ratio and other indicators(P> 0.1),and the bust of female college students in the control group is reduced after training,which is not conducive to the shaping of the overall body shape.(5)After the experiment,the first experimental group(40% 1RM low resistance strength),the second experimental group(40%-60% 1RM medium resistance strength)and the third experimental group(60%-80% 1RM high resistance strength)Compared with female students in the control group,the female college students had significant changes in body shape indicators such as bust,waist circumference,thigh circumference,body fat rate and waist-to-hip ratio.Among them,the bust indicators of female students in the threeexperimental groups were compared with There were significant differences in the control group(P <0.01);there was a significant decrease in the waist circumference index(P <0.1);but there were significant reductions in the thigh circumference,body fat rate and waist-hip ratio indexes,which were extremely significant Sexual difference(P <0.01);but there is no significant difference between the hip circumference index experimental group and the control group(P> 0.1).Recommendations:(1)Based on the physical fitness conditions of female college students,choose a moderate-intensity resistance training method,and strictly set the training frequency of resistance training,the rest time between groups,and the most important resistance load weight,and be able to play resistance in training Multiple training effects of training.(2)In the university physical education program,introduce chest push,shoulder push,sitting resistive knee extension exercise,sitting resistive knee flexion exercise,Smith squat exercise,instrument hip adduction exercise,leg push,roll belly and waist Back muscle training and other training programs to enhance the physical fitness of female college students and continuously shape the female students' good body shape during fitness exercises.(3)In fitness training,do not directly increase the resistance load.Be sure to conduct aerobic warm-up training.Based on the initial burning of body fat,increase the resistance load reasonably and conduct resistance counterattack training.The effective combination of resistance training can maximize the effect of resistance training on female college students.
