With the development of education,teachers have gradually transformed from quantitative needs to qualitative pursuits.Entering a new era,starting a new normal,outstanding teacher training programs have emerged as the times require,and new requirements have been put forward for normal students' research innovation ability,reflective ability,and self-development.As the key link of teacher training,the effect of educational practice has a direct impact on the quality of training of normal students,and the guidance of teachers of educational practice as an important person in the practice link is more important.At the current stage,in the context of outstanding teacher training,most reforms focus only on the mode and content of internships,ignoring the construction of instructional teachers for educational practice.Based on this,based on the perspective of outstanding teacher training,this research surveyed 249 Zhejiang Province teaching practice guidance teachers,presented the actual situation of the teaching practice guidance teachers' competence,and put forward relevant improvement measures and strategic suggestions.The research mainly adopts the literature method and the survey method,and comprehensively considers the competence of educational practice instructors from six dimensions: teacher morals,knowledge,education and teaching ability,instruction ability,teaching research and innovation ability,and self-development ability.The research mainly includes The following four aspects:1.Establish the competency structure of educational practice guidance teachers under the background of outstanding teacher training.2.Investigate and understand the current competence of educational practice instructors.3.Compare the difference between the real and the supposed,and analyze the existing problems and reasons.4.Based on the above research,put forward suggestions and suggestions for improving the competence of educational practice instructors.After investigation,this study found that under the background of outstanding teacher training,the competence of educational practice instructors needs to be improved.There are differences between different groups,specifically,the longer the teaching age,the higher the professional title,the lower the education level,the higher the teacher's competence,and the practical guidance of the teaching instructors in key middle schools is higher than that of ordinary middle schools.There are also specific differences in the dimensions: in terms of knowledge,due to lack of awareness and inadequate training,the conditional knowledge of educational practice instructors is relatively weak;in terms of education and teaching ability,teachers have heavy teaching tasks,information technology operations are unfamiliar,and technology fusion capabilities Relatively inadequate;in terms of mentoring ability,the school lacks a system for the selection of instructors for educational practice,and some of the mentoring ability needs to be improved;in teaching and research and innovation,the lack of scientific research requirements and related professional training,and the relatively lack of scientific research and innovation ability;In terms of development consciousness,the main examination policies and school mandatory regulations are lacking initiative.Under the background of excellent teacher training,based on the research and analysis of the competency of teaching practice instructors and related reasons,this study puts forward the following suggestions for improvement: first,the establishment of a guidance teacher selection system to select outstanding teachers;second,sound guidance Teacher assessment and motivation stimulate teachers' motivation;third,create a guidance platform for teacher exchange and provide multi-channel communication channels;fourth,carry out targeted training for instructors and promote the development of teachers' capabilities.
