Based on the advantages of the the advantages of Capital Normal University Teacher Development School and Northeast Normal University the “U-G-S” Education Model,Teacher Development School in Zhejiang province realizes the integration of pre service training and post service teacher professional development through the "government leading,primary and secondary schools as the main body,and division of work and cooperation between universities and primary and secondary schools".And the demonstrative Teacher Development School is an excellent demonstrative school selected by assessment.The existing research shows that after four years of construction,ZheJiang Teacher Development School has initially implemented the three-way collaborative management,achieved the implementation of practical teaching training for normal students and the development of practical training courses for in-service teachers,and the sharing of education teachers,of course,there are also some problems.In China,the construction path of the Teacher Development School promoted by Capital Normal University and the "U-G-S" Education Model demonstrated by Northeast Normal University has been studied,and the construction experience and suggestions have been shared.However,the construction process of ZheJiang Teacher Development School and exemplary teacher development school has not been studied in depth,so how to build the exemplary teacher development school and whether the design of it meets the construction standard or not has not been studied.And what problems are exposed are worth studying.Firstly,this study clarifies the relationship between the Teacher Development School and the exemplary Teacher Development School by combing the past literature.It analyzes and sorts out the collected literal materials(application materials,meeting records and platform materials),classifies and clarifies the current situation of the indicators in the Construction Standards in the construction of the exemplary Teacher Development School,and then adjusts the research draft.In the form of questionnaire and interview,we can further understand and confirm the content and completion of teaching practice training of normal students in school D,as well as the evaluation and suggestions for teaching instructors and university instructors.Then,we can analyze the design idea of integrating pre post professional development of teachers in school D by observing and interviewing the administrator of primary school D Teacher Development School.The content and form of the cooperation with the University,and finally through the interview with the person in charge of the University of D University to understand the way of cooperation with D University and the evaluation of the cooperation process.The research shows that due to the foundation of the cooperative running of school D and school Z,the three parties still show a good trend of cooperation in the construction,and it may be necessary to consider increasing the "U-G-S" communication opportunities in the assessment and evaluation;in the process of serving teacher education,school D can start from the thinking of teachers' work,formulate the curriculum plan of educational probation and Practice for normal students,but for the guidance of Teachers No standardized mechanism has been established for selection and assessment;in promoting the professional growth of teachers,Z university has actively participated in teacher teaching guidance,special lectures and project planning declaration,while in developing practical training courses for in-service teachers,D University,from the perspective of "on demand training",has developed practical training courses with the help of university resources from the experience of school-based training,but still It is necessary to improve the course development and assessment with the help of more university experts.
