Under the background of globalization and knowledge economy era,talents,especially high-end talents,have become an important indicator to measure regional innovation ability and economic development level.Enterprise management talents,as an important part of China's talent team construction,play a key role in improving the modern management level and international competitiveness of Chinese enterprises,and are an important driving force for urban innovation,development,upgrading and transformation.Its spatial distribution and flow trend have attracted academic attention.Analyzing the current situation of regional talent flow and tracking the flow of talent is a realistic need to establish a reasonable talent flow mechanism,improve the talent organization management system and promote regional high-quality integrated development.In this study,the team of directors and supervisors of listed companies is taken as a typical group,used to build a directed weighted network of talent flow based on resume analysis.Firstly,the spatial concentration of talents is explored by means of kernel density estimation and spatial auto-correlation analysis in GIS.Secondly,social network analysis is used to try to reveal the general rules and characteristics of the geographical flow of talents.Finally,the modified composite index division method is applied to division of regional types,and put forward scientific and reasonable optimization countermeasures and plans.The results show that:(1)The spatial distribution of enterprise talents has obvious regional differences,mainly concentrated in coastal and riverside areas,the first working site is highly coupled to the current working site pattern and the agglomeration trend is increasingly intensified;(2)The operation and management talent flow network of in the Yangtze river delta is a scale-free network with a few cities as the core and each city closely connected.The structure of network is obvious,and the city links shows a “Z” distribution spatially;The mobile of talent presents low mobility,“one master and four pairs” structure,concentration,proportionality,polar-core interaction and neighborhood penetration,and cross-regional characteristics;(3)Four regional types of enterprise talent mobile are divided according to the direction and degree: net outflow active area,net inflow active area,balanced active area and inactive area,which shows the characteristics of“fragmentation”.(4)For the current talent distribution in the Yangtze River Delta region,there is a large difference in talent distribution,and the phenomenon of talent consolidation is serious.the problems of talent distribution in the Yangtze river delta region such as large differences,serious solidification of talent,lack of talent information platform and unsound mechanism of talent flow across regions have raised corresponding countermeasures.Theoretically promoting the population geography research,and providing scientific reference for rational formulation of talent policy and promotion of regional high-quality integrated development.
