In this era of rapid economic development,the continuous innovation of science and technology is the core need to promote social and economic development.The mode of autonomous research of new technologies by enterprises,universities and other subjects has been unable to meet the needs of modern social development.Along with the social division of labor is more and more detailed,many organizations such as enterprises,universities,research institutes,and governments have chosen to pool the advantageous resources of all parties and jointly carry out collaborative innovation.Through the collaborative innovation model,China has improved the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation and promoted rapid social and economic development.School-enterprise collaborative innovation is an innovative model that deeply integrates information,technology,and funds of universities and enterprises.It can achieve the maximum use of resources among subjects and can achieve the innovation benefit of "1+1>2".However,there are still many problems hindering the development of innovation in school-enterprise collaborative innovation.The relationship risk between subjects is an aspect that affects the operation of collaborative innovation,and trust is an important factor in the long-term existence of relationship risk.During the establishment and use of the school-enterprise collaborative innovation platform,both parties need to conduct close exchanges and technical flows.The development of this in-depth cooperation cannot be separated from the promotion of trust,and the trust mechanism as a soft mechanism of communication can effectively guide the improvement of trust between universities and enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to study the trust mechanism and cultivation path in the collaborative innovation between schools and enterprises.Based on this,this paper takes the construction of the trust mechanism and the cultivation path in the collaborative innovation of schools and enterprises as the research core,and uses the methods of literature analysis,data analysis,game theory and conflict analysis graph model to study the status,problems and causes of collaborative innovation of schools and enterprises,the influencing factors of trust,the stability of trust and the evolution path,and put forward the cultivation path of trust in collaborative innovation between schools and enterprises.Research contents mainly includes:(1)Analysis of the status quo of collaborative innovation between schools and enterprises and the influencing factors of trust.According to the national statistical data,this paper analyze the current development of school-enterprise collaborative innovation,through literature review,explore the reasons for the problem from the perspective of trust,put forward the actual needs of inter-subject trust enhancement,and analyzes the influencing factors of trust in school-enterprise collaborative innovation.The lack of trust is the main reason for the problem of collaborative innovation,and the important influencing factors of obtaining trust are the probability of success,the cost of trust and the allocation of responsibilities(2)Game analysis of trust in collaborative innovation between schools and enterprises.Based on the study of the factors influencing trust in collaborative innovation between schools and enterprises,the trust game model of collaborative innovation between schools and enterprises at different stages is constructed,the equilibrium strategy conditions are solved,and the influence of each factor on the improvement of school-enterprise trust is analyzed by case and numerical analysis.The analysis shows that increasing the probability of success,reducing the cost of trust,and formulating the principle of responsibility allocation will help to enhance the trust relationship between schools and enterprises.(3)Stability analysis and evolution path research of trust in school-enterprise collaborative innovation.By studying the impact of various factors on trust between schools and enterprises,considering the decision makers' trust strategies and preference information,the conflict analysis graph model of the trust between the university and the enterprise is constructed,the stability of the individual and the whole is analyzed,and the benign evolution path of the trust between the university and the enterprise is explored.Through research,it is concluded that in the research and development stage,universities should give priority to high trust,and in the application stage,companies should give priority to high trust.(4)Research on the cultivation of trust in collaborative innovation between schools and enterprises.From the analysis of the factors affecting the trust between schools and enterprises,game analysis,stability analysis and evolutionary path research,the article deeply explores the strategies for promoting trust between subjects in the collaborative innovation of schools and enterprises,and then proposes the four cultivation path of trust in collaborative innovation between schools and enterprises,namely,perfecting information exchange channels,formulating responsibility allocation contracts,enhancing collaborative innovation capabilities,and cultivating priority trust awareness.
