| Since 2009,China’s Sports Department and Education Department have jointly issued the notice on the development of National Youth Campus Football activities and the overall plan for China’s football reform adopted in 2015.Except them,there are also a series of policies introduced around the Overall Plan,which shows that our campus football work has successfully entered the 2.0 era,and it also indicates that the National Youth Campus Football activity is the experimental point and breakthrough of the career of Chinese football,and plays an important part of school Physical Education as well.And yet,the establishment of football characteristic school is the main measure to cultivate football reserve talents in campus football,so it undertakes the important task of sustainable development of campus football.Therefore,it has great value to investigate and analyze the development status of football characteristic schools.This paper studies the current situation of the development of campus football in Meixian Senior Middle School through a series of methods,such as,questionnaire,on-the-top investigation,interview and so on.In terms of the development of football conditions,teaching staff,student participation,school sports equipment,football education and teaching and extra-curricular football activities,the research conclusions are as follows.1.although the school leadership have attached great importance to the development of campus football and improved the working mechanism and plan about it,there is still a shortage of football funds.2.the football teachers’ team is perfect with high comprehensive quality.However,there is a big difference in treatment due to different places origin,which leads to the problem between coordination and cooperation.3.students have great interest and clear cognitive motivation for football,but there are few ways for students to participate in football activities on campus.4.although the school sports equipment and field can meet the daily training and competition,it is insufficient in football teaching and also not enough to support four or more classes to carry out football teaching activities.5.even if the school sets up football courses and clarifies the teaching objectives and contents about football teaching,the teaching method is single.Therefore,the leaders should listen to students’ feedback carefully so that they can adjust the teaching content better and get teaching reflection.6.the school has rich extracurricular activities,however,the form of football activities is monotonous during a break.So it is necessary to appropriately increase the inclination of extra-curricular activities to football during the break.And the following suggestions are given to the school.1.keep on strengthening the construction of school football system and establishing supervision mechanism to find and solve problems in time.It also should broaden funding sources and have evidence for the expenditure of funds.2.continue to improve the overall quality and teaching ability of football teachers and encourage them to participate in football training,Besides,they also should research on the welfare of football teachers,and make a clear distinction on the duties of teaching,training and competition.3.bring the subjective initiative of students into full play,open their minds to listen to students’ feedback on football teaching timely.Besides,take the school football development resources further and widen the ways of students’ participation of football activities.4.strengthen the construction of school facilities and improve the expenditure of equipment of fields to meet the normal needs of football teaching.5.explore the power of novelty in football teaching methods further,summarize and sort out students’ feedback on football teaching in time to adjust teaching content.6.increase community activities classes that are beneficial to students’ physical and mental development and update the break activities within the term of semester.In a word,establish and improve school football culture and set up training and competition mechanism which accords with the physical and mental development characteristics of middle school students. |
