Present Situation Of Community Volunteer Service For Undergraduate Physical Education Students In Harbin

With the continuous development of community voluntary service,college students' awareness of voluntary service is increasing,and the number of participants is increasing.It is particularly important to understand and master the overall dynamics of community voluntary service for college students.The purpose of this paper is to explore the community voluntary service attitude,cognition,attention and participation status of undergraduate sports students in Harbin,and to provide theoretical basis for relevant departments to formulate relevant policies.This paper mainly adopts literature method,questionnaire method,mathematical statistics method,through the investigation of the present situation of community voluntary service participation of undergraduate sports students in Harbin,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.Better promote the enthusiasm of college students to participate in community voluntary service,promote the development of community voluntary service for college students in Heilongjiang Province.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: most undergraduate sports students have a better understanding of community voluntary service and are willing to try to participate;undergraduate sports students participate in community voluntary service mainly 1-2 hours,mostly concentrated in winter and summer vacation;in service content,mainly keen to organize community sports competition,respect the elderly and love the elderly voluntary service activities;college Communist Youth League is the main body to organize sports students to participate in community voluntary service;students themselves active enthusiasm,strong sense of service,solid knowledge and skills are the basic requirements of community voluntary service.The main reasons for not participating in voluntary service are: lack of understanding of community voluntary service recruitment and management related procedures,lack of timely access to relevant information,lack of experience,lack of time,lack of energy and professional mismatch,heavy burden of school work and so on.The main recommendations of this study are as follows: at the government level,we should increase financial support,raise funds,and guarantee service funds;promote and improve the relevant systems and regulations of community voluntary service activities,and establish and improve the incentive and guarantee mechanism for college students' community voluntary service.At the community level,we should listen carefully to residents' demands and actively organize and carry out community sports voluntary service activities in accordance with relevant regulations and requirements;set up community voluntary service workstations to provide a platform for sports students to participate in community voluntary service voluntarily;and establish and improve relevant sports venues and facilities to facilitate the smooth development of community voluntary service activities.At the university level,we should give full play to the leading role of the Youth League Committee,college students' sports associations and campus volunteers,increase the campus publicity and popularization of community voluntary service,cultivate students' awareness of community voluntary service,and attach importance to the training of college students' volunteers.create a network information platform for campus voluntary service,do a good job in volunteer pre-job selection,training and dispatch,optimize and standardize service flow,and link college students' voluntary service with courses.At the level of students themselves,they should make effective use of their spare time,choose sports service contents and projects suitable for their own professional characteristics,improve their own sports literacy,and actively participate in community voluntary service activities.
