Since the new curriculum reform,the learning style of "independence","cooperation" and "inquiry" has been paid more and more attention,and there are more and more related researches.Coupled with the success of classroom improvement in Jimo 28 Middle School,the principal of Wuyun Town Middle School personally visited Jimo 28 Middle School in 2012.On the basis of study and reference,the model of "mutual assistance between teachers and friends" is put forward,which aims to promote mutual communication and common development among students and promote teachers and students to teach and learn from each other.Better adapt to the requirements of the new era of education for the development of Chinese,so as to improve the quality of Chinese classroom teaching in junior middle school."mutual assistance between teachers and friends" is a way of learning based on Chinese teaching in junior high school."teacher" means "teacher",which refers to the students with good academic performance,strong learning ability,good learning habits and strong self-discipline;"friend" is "Xueyou".Refers to the students with poor academic performance,weak learning ability,poor learning habits and poor self-discipline.The mode of "mutual assistance between teachers and friends" means that in Chinese learning,two or more "teacher and friend groups" form a learning collective,which cooperates,depends and depends on each other in action and behavior in order to achieve common goals.and take the group's overall achievement as the reward basis of a typical cooperative learning teaching model.This paper is divided into the following parts: the first chapter is introduction,which discusses the background,purpose and significance of this research,focusing on the current situation of the research;the second chapter explains the theoretical basis and connotation of the model of "mutual assistance between teachers and friends".It also compares this teaching model with the traditional teaching model,and points out the disadvantages of the traditional teaching model and the advantages of the "mutual assistance between teachers and friends" model.The third chapter specifically explains the actual implementation of the "teacher-friend mutual assistance" model in WuyunTown Middle School,Jiayin County,Yichun City,Heilongjiang Province,and the fourth chapter analyzes it on the basis of questionnaires and interviews.this paper discusses the influence of the mode of "mutual assistance between teachers and friends" on junior middle school language,as well as the problems existing in the process of application.The fifth chapter puts forward the corresponding strategies to deal with the problems in the implementation of the "mutual assistance of teachers and friends" model,mainly from two aspects: the improvement of teachers' own literacy and the efficient implementation of the classroom teaching of "mutual assistance of teachers and friends".
