Twenty first century, economy globalization has become an unreversed trend,which is profoundly changed the face of the world as a whole. Multi-cultural blending is fierce increasingly. Just under such a international competition background,language has been become an vital part of the soft power of the nation .It is not just a system of symbols, but is also an important carrier of the brilliant culture's succession and evolution. In the growingly intense competition of gross power among nation in the world, position and function of language appears more and more prominent. It has a growing effect on economy, political as well as social development. Since reform and opening up, along with quick increase of Chinese economy, comprehensive national strength of China and international competitiveness have been enhanced greatly, the efficiency of language and culture promotion made enormous progress.Under the new age' background, how to strengthen the study of international popularization of Chinese, how to accelerate long-standing Chinese going to the world, how to boost the development of soft power, and so on. it is not only an important strategic move of expanding international influence,but also bring about a great rejuvenation of the China nation. I joined the selection of The National Office of Chinese Language Council International, sent to Thailand to teach Chinese luckily almost one year. Considering subjective factor and objective environment, volunteer Chinese language teachers during the process of teaching, although full of passion and concentration, their arbitrariness is the problem, vary with each individual and each array. Their teaching lack of professional guidance and effective instructional design.This article aims at teaching Chinese about the instructional design issue for junior students in Thailand. While instructional design is a rational process,it is not just repeated experiences. Instructional design in the real world more likely been a process of rational and creativeness. Therefore this article based on the theory of instructional design,language learning and basic principle to instruct teaching foreigners. Consulted in the massive references foundation about instructional design,this article wants to provide an instructional design "I want to make friends with her"on the specific Chinese primary comprehensive course, through conducting preliminary outlines of instructional design, medium-term strategy, as well as detailed steps on how to teach this class successfully, which aims at presenting a analysis of instructional design and teaching details by using real case of the junior high school in Thailand. This article designed to provide guidance and prepare a real teaching case for those teachers who lack of teaching experiences, then volunteer Chinese language teachers can design teaching process more effectively, so that they can raise the classroom instruction efficiency, enhances the students the enthusiasm and the level on learning Chinese.
