In recent years,influenced by enrollment expansion of most universities and labor market environment,our country graduate student's employment problem becomes increasingly outstanding.The essence of employment is the process of knowledge translates into human capital and enters social division of labor.Compared with undergraduate and junior college student,graduate student have the advantage of higher education,which should to be the advantages of employment groups.But the actual situation is unsatisfactory.Graduate student's employment problem is mainly reflected in graduate student's low employment satisfaction and high employment expectations.The employment problem reflects that the structural contradiction of talent supply and demand,the rationality of university enrollment and major setting,the effectiveness of talent cultivation and so on.If graduate student can't achieve high-quality employment after two or three years of study will lead to the waste of educational resources and human capital.Different majors exists different employment problem because of different discipline characteristic and professional skill.This research takes six universities' pedagogy graduates as research object,through the questionnaire and interview discover the main problems as follow: employment satisfaction is not high;the "professional matching rate" in the employment process is not high,many graduates are underemployed;the specificity of human capital is low,employment competitiveness is low;employment expectations of graduates is high;graduates are unwilling to work in the west,rural area and remote areas.The reason of graduate student's low employment satisfaction includes three aspects.At the national level,the reason includes: increase enrollment lead to job-hunting pressure;normal colleges and schools merged and upgraded;pedagogy's setting characteristic.At the university level,the reason includes: university's training objectives diverge form labor market demand;college training program are homogeneous and lack of practice;college employment guidance work lack of pertinence.On an individual level,the reason includes: complicated take exam motivation,lack of interests in their majors;“elite employment notion” in era of mass education;weak awareness of career management,lack of practical experience.On the basis of the above research,this article suggests:At the national level,the improvement measure includes: promote the reform process of recruitment and training system;national policy supports pedagogy graduates to devote themselves to the construction of the west area,rural area and grass roots;build the labor market information service platform based on government,universities,employers and graduates.At the university level,universities should cultivate students in different ways;improve student's employment competitiveness;improve employment level.On an individual level,graduates should adjust their job-hunting strategies;identify their development direction;actively participate in the construction of grass roots education.
