Since the 1960 s,the theory of customer satisfaction has been put forward and applied gradually.Influenced by the research on customer satisfaction,some scholars in the field of education began to introduce the term "satisfaction" to measure the quality and level of education.Graduate students' educational satisfaction refers to the degree of graduate students' satisfaction with the products or services provided by the school in five aspects,including curriculum setting,teacher teaching,scientific research,supervisor guidance and management service.Graduate education satisfaction is an important index and dimension to measure,reflect and evaluate the quality of graduate education.On the customer satisfaction theory,this paper points out that the graduate student is the subject of graduate education in colleges and universities accept service,also is the main evaluators of higher education services,and then based on the supply and demand relations of graduate student education put forward a set of assumptions about graduate education satisfaction,with 9251 graduate students in hunan province then the questionnaire survey data,the empirical analysis of the graduate education satisfaction situation of hunan province,and test the research hypotheses proposed before.The results show that postgraduates in hunan province are satisfied with the service quality of higher education,and they are satisfied with the products and services provided by theuniversities.Further analysis found that the type of school,graduate school motivation,mentor to guide number,the motive of graduate school,graduate school has significant influence on student satisfaction,in general most assumptions are supported by the survey data,from the Angle of supply of education,college education supply capacity is higher,the stronger its postgraduate education satisfaction that the 1 b,1 c,1 d and data demonstrate consistent results verified;From the perspective of educational needs,the more explicit the graduate students' needs are,the higher their satisfaction with graduate education will be.According to the research conclusion,this paper argues that the universities as an education service providers need to suffer education for college education service to create a good environment and strengthen all aspects of security to the student,college should strengthen the higher education service and the attention of the graduate student satisfaction and commitment,increase the intensity of supply,correctly guide the graduate student's value orientation.Graduate students as consumers of "customers" or education,should also constantly raise their ideological and moral qualities in learning life,enjoying the supply of higher education service at the same time,graduate students should set up correct and reasonable education consumption view,guided by the objective rational expression in the college,to be a qualified higher education consumers and evaluators.
