In recent years,China has launched a new round of curriculum reform based on core literacy,aimed at cultivating talents with core competitiveness in the 21 st century.In "High School Physics Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)",scientific thinking is clearly proposed as an important dimension of the core literacy of physics.Therefore,how to cultivate students' scientific thinking ability in high school physics teaching has become an important topic.As an important scientific thinking,spatial thinking has received extensive international attention,and is even known as one of the "three basic abilities" of modern education.Spatial thinking runs through many disciplines.A large number of studies have shown that achieving full integration between spatial thinking and discipline can not only effectively improve students' ability to understand knowledge and solve problems,but also promote the updating of teaching methods and the improvement of teaching efficiency.To this end,this article first sorts out the existing research achievements at home and abroad,spatial thinking,spatial thinking ability training,etc.,not only to explain the connotation,extension,characteristics and classification of spatial thinking,but also from training strategies and training methods.From the perspective of clarifying the specific training methods of spatial thinking in various disciplines,it lays a theoretical foundation for the cultivation of spatial thinking ability in high school physics teaching.Subsequently,from the perspective of students,the questionnaire survey was used to investigate the necessity and feasibility of the cultivation of spatial thinking ability in high school physics teaching.Therefore,this article selects "The Second Law of Thermodynamics","Faraday's Law of Electromagnetic Induction" and "The Effect of Magnetic Field on the Conducting Wire" as the research cases,taking the case presentation,case analysis and case advantages as the ideas for the current high school physics teaching.Analyze the manifestation and advantages of spatial thinking,and based on the previous theoretical basis and research basis,on the basis of summarizing the current status of high school physics spatial thinking ability training,and put forward The training strategy in high school physics teaching.
