Since the realization of the impact of education on social development,the constant change seems to be one of its responsibilities.In recent years,developed countries have launched a large-scale new deal of teacher education,and China has begun to cultivate the process of excellence teachers.What is a teacher of excellence?What kind of request does this designation have for teachers?If you focus on the middle school Physics teacher Group,which workers worthy "high school physics Excellence Teacher "?How can we create more teachers of high school physics excellence?Many questions before the current education reform,based on the thinking of these issues,the author launched a high school physics teachers of excellence in the connotation and cultivation methods of research.This research relates to the concept connotation of the modern high school physics teachers of excellence,the improvement of pre-service training methods for the teachers of high school physics,and the suggestions on the post development of high school physics outstanding teachers.In the research method,the author uses the literature analysis method to comb the recent years domestic and foreign related research about the high school physics outstanding teacher;by means of questionnaire and interview,this paper investigates the graduating students of physics Normal School and the first physics teachers,and finds out the deficiencies of the pre-service education and the main requirements for the development of the teachers in the first place.Finally,the author uses the method of inductive summary to put forward some suggestions for the training of the teachers of high School physics Excellence.Through the above research process,mainly obtains the following three parts conclusion:The first part:combing Middle school physics outstanding Teacher's related research,discovers the outstanding teacher's universal characteristic is the demonstration,the creativity,the complexity and the artistry.Combining this feature with the five characteristics of physics and the five ideal processes of physics learning,it is concluded that the core competence of high school physics teachers in teaching is--in the dimension of students ' thinking,to guide their imagination,and to improve their imaginative ability in the dimension of students 'ability.The second part:the analysis of the students in the school questionnaire and interview results,found that their undergraduate education has a lack of innovative ability to train,scientific research ability,such as short board.The paper puts forward some improvement measures such as changing classroom teaching mode,offering innovative practice course and improving teaching design ability of normal students.The third part:analyzing the questionnaire and the results of the interview,it is found that there are definite and specific demands on the way of professional development and the course of continuing education.The research pointed out that emphasis should be placed on studying the frontier of science and technology,rethinking the pattern of self thinking,taking advantage of the government platform and participating in the training of teachers in the new mode of teaching.The innovation of research is embodied in two aspects:The first aspect:after discussing the difference between excellent teachers and excellent teachers,combining the subject characteristics of middle school physics and the professional nature of middle school physics teachers,the paper puts forward the intension characteristics of high school physics teachers of Excellence.The second aspect:to cultivate students ' imaginative imagination as a unique research perspective,this paper probes into the deficiencies and improvement strategies of the training methods of physical normal students,and puts forward some suggestions for the specific needs of the teachers in the post continuing education stage.
