With the development of a new round of curriculum reform,education has paid more and more attention to the students.The new era requires students to transform into "comprehensive development" and "cooperative" students.In order to promote the all-round development of students and accelerate the pace of students' transformation,many teachers have changed their educational concepts,improved their teaching organizational forms,introduced group cooperative learning into the classroom and "returned" the classroom to students,so as to improve students' learning initiative.Cooperative learning has been favored by teachers since it was put forward,and it has achieved certain results.At present,the general description of group cooperative learning is: group cooperative learning tends to be formalized;The enthusiasm of teachers and students to participate in cooperative learning is not high;The effect of cooperative learning is not good.In order to understand the development of group cooperative learning in high school physics teaching in C city,this paper takes the high school physics teaching in six schools of different levels as an example to conduct a case study of group cooperative learning.Through a year's internship and interviews with high school physics teachers,I have experienced the classroom of group cooperative learning for many times and obtained first-hand information.The research finds that the current difficulties of group cooperative learning are as follows: Teachers pay little attention to group cooperative learning;Group learning has not been implemented properly in regular classes;Most students are not used to group learning.Students do not have the independent learning ability required by cooperative learning.In order to solve these problems,the author puts forward some Suggestions for reference.Firstly,teachers should form a correct concept of group cooperative learning and give play to their subjective initiative.Secondly,teachers should reasonably plan and set up study groups,such as setting up groups according to teaching contents and objectives and students' foundation,and setting up groups based on the essence of group cooperative learning.In addition,students should also strengthen the exercise of the basic ability of cooperative learning,such as students should pay attention to develop the basic quality suitable for participating in "cooperation",students should "learn to cooperate" in group cooperative learning.
