As the core of children's social,emotional,cognitive development and its interaction,approaches to learning is regarded as a key area of children's school preparation and long-term development,the approaches to learning as an important content of children's school readiness,which directly affects children's current and future learning and development.The cultivation of children's approaches to learning has become an important focus pre-school education workers.In 2012,Ministry of Education issued the “guidelines for the learning and development of 3-6 years old children”,which clearly stressed that “attention should be paid to the approaches to learning of children”.Early childhood is a critical period for the cultivation of approaches to learning.In kindergartens,the emphasis on the cultivation of children's approaches to learning is conducive to the children's preparation for entering primary school in terms of approaches to learning,the smooth realization of young children's connection,the smooth adaptation to primary school life to create conditions,so as to promote children's lifelong development.This study used literature,observation,interview,case analysis and other research methods,to study the children's approaches to learning cultivation in the affiliated kindergarten of X primary school from the perspective of child connection.By X primary school affiliated kindergarten taipans 80 children in the area and focus on learning activities for the approaches to learning of observation and wrote the children's approaches to learning observation evaluation form for young children to learn the five evaluation quality study found: The overall development level of approaches to learning of the large class children in the kindergarten is better,at the upper middle level,but there are differences in the development of each dimension of children's learning quality.From the perspective of children's approaches to learning cultivation in this kindergarten,it mainly focuses on the following aspects: first,the construction and implementation of kindergarten curriculum are separated from the overall development of approaches to learning;Second,the teachers' education concept is old,and they do not have a deep understanding of the cultivation of children's approaches to learning;Third,the role of teachers is not accurate,materials and environment creation can not meet the needs of children's development;Fourth,the construction and implementation of the kindergarten curriculum are separated from the attention to the overall development of approaches to learning,The teacher's educational ability is insufficient,and the organizational process lacks the effective support for the cultivation of children's learning quality.approaches to learning.Finally,it affects the further improvement of children's approaches to learning.In order to improve the effectiveness of the training of children's approaches to learning,it is necessary to exert two-way efforts from kindergarten and kindergarten teachers.At the kindergarten level,firstly,we need to strengthen teacher training and change teachers' awareness of curriculum roles.Secondly,we should pay attention to the main points of curriculum construction and grasp the principles of curriculum construction.Third,we should attach importance to mobilizing family strength and jointly cultivate children's approaches to learning.At the level of teachers: first,preschool teachers should establish the concept of lifelong education and renew the concept of children's learning;The second is to establish the concept of young cohesion,refreshing the understanding of approaches to learning;Third,they should create an environment containing learning opportunities to support the development of approaches to learning of young children;Fourth,they should provide a support for children's learning and promote the development of approaches to learning of young children.
