Children formally enter elementary school from preschool,and all aspects of the situation have changed dramatically.Whether children can adapt smoothly,in addition to the kindergarten as the main part of the preparation for the connection between the young and the child,as the main body of the primary school,the education of the connection of primary education to kindergarten and the child-adaptation education is also crucial,and the demand is even more urgent.This study takes the adaptation situation of the first-year students during the 2 months of entering the school and the content of school adaptation education as the research perspective,using literature method,questionnaire method,observation method and interview method to analyze the concept of adaptation education in three primary schools in Nanchang.Conduct research on content,methods and effects,understand the effects of school adaptation education based on investigation and observation and student adaptation,and then analyze the advantages and disadvantages in it,and propose corresponding improvement measures.The research results show that the three schools attach great importance to the adaptation education of freshmen in the first grade.The content of education is mainly based on daily rules and regulations,including adaptation to the school environment,daily life and learning norms,and guidance on students’ interest in learning at this stage and collective awareness.Cultivation,interpersonal and social skills training,etc.are involved,but attention needs to be strengthened;adaptation education mainly adopts teaching method,practice method,praise method,game method,conversation method and competitive competition method,etc.,using a combination of collective education and individual education In progress;most first-year freshmen in the three schools have a good adaptation status,indicating that the school’s adaptation education has played a good role,but there are still a small number of students who have maladjustment,and the anxiety of this part of the parents has further aggravated the child’s discomfort.The study found that although the three schools have adopted certain educational measures according to their own school conditions,the problem of maladjustment still exists for freshmen in the first grade,and the following deficiencies generally exist in the adaptation education work:(1)The main function of primary school linkage education is not sufficiently valued and not fully understood;(2)The school’s preparation for admission is not complete;(3)Insufficient attention and positive guidance of teachers to students;(4)The mutual trust between home and school is not good,and there is no educational synergy;(5)Primary schools and kindergartens work independently,and there is almost no exchange cooperation.Based on the above research results,the author believes that the following measures should be taken to strengthen and improve the education of the one-year primary school freshmen during the connection of primary education to kindergarte:(1)The education supervision department should strengthen normative guidance,coordination and promotion;(2)The school should establish a sense of cohesive education and do Make adequate preparations for school;(3)Teachers should pay attention to the individual differences of students and play an active guiding role;(4)The school should strengthen the guidance and management of family education,and the home-school should work together;(5)The school and kindergarten should strengthen two-way communication and cooperation.In summary,in order to effectively improve the adaptation level of children in the transition period,so that they can better and faster adapt to the learning life of elementary school.
