Over the past decade, For young convergence significant influence children’s development at home and abroad has been highly valued educators, Preschool worker United States, Britain, Germany, Japan and other developed countries, education has been carrying out extensive research, its purpose is to let the children enrolled in pre-preparatory education in one to two years to improve the level of physical and mental development of children of pre-school to master the appropriate knowledge and skills, reducing infant convergence slope, thereby reducing the burden on children entering primary school after. Foreign education researchers in practice only concerned about young children in the convergence of feelings and experience, but also concerned about the parents of the children’s understanding of school readiness, and involve the parents of young convergence and the desire to feel young convergence of parental involvement and other content。Domestic related research focus on the wrong understanding of the parents about of young cohesion is not correct, is more of a preschool teachers based on kindergarten to carry out such as visiting the elementary school campus, development between infant course of study, the lack of a certain range in the process of large-scale investigations, under the administrative leading joint training between the lack of young teachers, unified social experience, series of curriculum deliberation system effective research. The second part around the pre-school education little join work at home and abroad related literature review, generalizes the preparatory work of this research. The third part of this article involves several important concepts clearly defined, this paper expounds the basic theory research. The fourth part expounds the specific methods this study. Fifth and sixth parts on the basis of comprehensive investigation and analysis from the aspects of children, teachers, parents and society to find the current problems in xigang district in dalian little join work and detailed analysis the reasons of the existence of the problem. Seventh part based on the theoretical research of guidance, follow the principle of little join work, around the xigang district work this paper discusses the overall between infant education practice strategy. The eighth part discusses the achievements of this study and the research conclusion.
