| In the era of core literacy,whether it is the law and inevitability of individuals coping with the individual development of society,or the new quality specifications and requirements put forward by the developing society for talents,cultivating core literacy is the proper value pursuit of education and the actual status of education Required.The core literacy of the subject is put forward,and a "disciplinary" interpretation of the core literacy is carried out.As a key way to implement and nurture core literacy,it should be permeated through all aspects and elements of the education process,such as the innovation of teaching design,the reform of evaluation mechanism,the transformation of teaching mode,the change of curriculum value orientation,etc.Homework design is not only a key part of the teaching process,but also a learning activity that promotes the development of students.It not only carries the role of consolidating knowledge,but also has a profound core literacy value.Regardless of the function of the assignment,the design orientation of the assignment,or the content structure of the assignment,the nature of the Chinese language discipline determines the possibility and inevitability in the process of cultivating core literacy.Therefore,homework design based on the concept of Chinese core literacy is the carrier,way and means of cultivating core literacy.It is of practical significance to cultivate the core literacy of Chinese subjects in the dimension of homework design.In the process of research,document analysis,literature research and interview are mainly used.After discussing the value relationship of homework design and the design approach,the text of the current high-level Chinese homework in primary schools is collected and sorted out through online and offline ways,and the problems inthe purpose,content,types and other aspects of homework are analyzed.Meanwhile,the teachers' understanding of homework design based on the development of Chinese core literacy is understood through interviews around the current situation reflected in the documents.This paper summarizes the problem representation and reason analysis under the condition of achieving Chinese core literacy,and finally refines the improvement strategy of optimizing homework design to achieve the realization of Chinese core literacy.First of all,through combing the relevant literature on core literacy,Chinese core literacy and homework design at home and abroad,to understand its development in terms of its connotation,dimensions,practical path and other aspects.Through the review of the literature,the current research focuses on the core literacy aspects of the curriculum and teaching reforms that focus on the core literacy of the subject.In terms of homework design,it often analyzes the problems and dilemmas in homework design and proposes corresponding solutions.However,there is a lack of research on job design based on the core literacy concept of the subject,which also provides directions and ideas for this research.Secondly,it discusses the inherent law of cultivating core literacy in homework,sorts out why homework design can embody the cultivation of core literacy,and clarifies its feasibility and reality.Through literature reading,combined with my own thinking,this paper makes a systematic analysis and investigation on the relationship among core literacy,Chinese core literacy,homework and homework design.It is clear that primary school Chinese homework is not only the value chain of core literacy development,but also the implementation link of Chinese core literacy development.To ensure the realization of the above-mentioned core literacy value of Chinese homework,the relationship between Chinese homework design and Chinese core literacy needs to be further clarified,that is,whether Chinese homework can realize Chinese core literacy depends on whether the design of Chinese homework is scientific and whether it reflects the concept of Chinese core literacy.Then,based on the premise that Chinese homework has profound value of Chinese core literacy,the blueprint design of high-level Chinese homework in primary schools is made,and the design approach of high-level Chinese homework in primary schools based on the development of core literacy is constructed.That is,based on curriculum standards,specific text content and Chinese core literacy idea,and following the principles of practicality,overall planning,development,openness and cooperation,homework is classified and designed,aiming at providing type-level thinking and reference for teachers when designing homework based on the development of Chinese core literacy.Thirdly,by using the methods of document analysis and interview,the paper investigates the current situation of achieving core literacy in high-grade Chinese homework in primary schools,focusing on the analysis of the purpose,subject,type and content of homework design in the homework system,and generalizes the existing problems and reasons in combination with the dimension of Chinese core literacy.For example,on the purpose level of homework design,emphasis is placed on the mastery and consolidation of Chinese knowledge,the types of homework are concentrated on knowledge-based and application-based homework,while on the cultivation of Chinese core literacy,more attention is paid to the language and thinking level.The causes of this kind of phenomenon are not only related to the quality of teachers' homework design,but also related to school system management and education environment culture.Finally,based on the current status of homework design under the core literacy of Chinese,an improvement strategy is proposed.From the perspective of proper design rationale and actual achievement,how to optimize the homework design system to cultivate the core literacy of Chinese is discussed.It is mainly elaborated from three aspects: the main body of homework design,the internal optimization of the job design system and the external support conditions required for job design. |
