| Research background: Adolescent health is related to the future of the country and the nation,and physical activities are the fundamental way to enhance the physical and mental health of adolescents,but physical activities alone in the classroom are far from enough.Under the guidance of national policies,sports activities outside school are increasingly valued,and their main form is sports homework.Physical education homework is not a completely new concept,but there are not many studies on its subjects,and front-line teachers are still in the process of teaching.Core literacy refers to the competencies that physical education subjects expect students to acquire in physical activities,and it is reasonable to aim for core competencies in the design of sports disciplines.How to use sports homework to improve the effect of physical exercise and help teenagers improve their physical and mental health and core literacy has become an important issue.Research Objectives: To solve three questions,is it necessary to design the content of junior high school physical education homework? How is the content of sports homework designed? How effective is the application of sports homework content design,and has it achieved core literacy goals?Research process:Firstly,the basis for topic selection was introduced from the four levels of policy,implementation,problem and supplementation.Secondly,it is necessary to use the unstructured interview method to conduct reality investigation and design the content system.Then,using the literature method and expert interview method,the pedagogical theory of "goal" and "structure" orientation,the psychological theory of adolescent development,the sports theory of human motor development,and the results of literature combing were used as theoretical tools,and the results of expert interviews were summarized,and a system covering the premise,goal,classification,selection and principle of sports homework content was designed.Finally,the questionnaire survey method and experimental method are used to verify the effect of the content system,understand the opinions and suggestions of the participants,and find and correct the problems in practice.Conclusions:(1)Go deep into secondary schools to conduct field discussions and interview teachers and students and summarize the implementation status of physical education homework.Sports homework has its own unique value and is also recognized,but there are still problems such as not forming a specific system,low interest of participants,and neglect of core literacy in design,so the content design of sports homework is necessary.(2)According to the results of literature review and expert interviews,list the elements of sports homework content,and complete the design of sports homework content system.The content design of sports homework is complex and needs to be adjusted according to different environments,students’ physique,etc.The design should follow and pay attention to the premise,goal,classification,selection and principles and other elements,and consider the whole situation,and finally form the sports homework content of different students in different classes in different schools.(3)Through teaching practice,it is found that the content design of physical education homework under core literacy can help improve the physical health,interest in physical learning,and physical activity level of junior high school students,so as to achieve the goal of improving core literacy. |
