enable students to study with diligence,with ease and joy so as to overcome students' psychological fear and increase their ability to study physics.Layered teaching is that teachers divide the students into different classes or groups according to students' mastery of knowledge,as well as the potential ability of the students' individuality and so on,enabling the students of the same level to encourage each other and make progress.Despite the doubt of unfair division,it is more advantageous to management and growth of the students.Only after the layered management can the potential of students be stimulated.Teachers then would take different hierarchical strategy to promote the cultivation of students' thinking.The most common layered teaching is the division of classes and groups at the very beginning.The school will hold test every now and then,and divide classes or groups based on test scores.Due to students' different learning situations in each class,teachers will then teaching practice and the content.We mainly pick out a proportional number ofstudents from layered classes A,B and C to form a mixed class D.After a month's layered teaching according to different levels of class teaching,mainly including layered preparation,layered guidance and layered assessments,teachers make analysis and comparison according to monthly exam scores and do a satisfaction survey on the mixed class students.The results show that the layered teaching is the most suitable and practical teaching mode for a large size school with enormous students.Due to the diversification of social development,students' personality,the one-fit-all teaching methods have been unable to meet the needs of contemporary parents,students and even the society.Only the layered teaching can change the characteristics of the the teacher-centered class,improve the efficiency of individual learning,and enable students to be more creative.Classroom teaching is the foundation,while the teacher teaching is auxiliary.Teaching should allow students to be more actively,stimulate students' creativity and initiative and make it convenient to identify and manage students.In the future
