The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized the need to comprehensively implement the party’s educational policy,take high moral values establishment and people cultivation as the fundamental task of education,develop quality education,promote educational equity,cultivate socialist builders and successors of Comprehensive development in virtue,intelligence,body and aesthetics 。 Under the background of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the new curriculum standard proposes to adhere to the requirements of the response era,reflect advanced educational ideas and concepts,pay attention to the teaching reform under the information environment,pay attention to the individualization of students,diversified learning and development needs and the transformation of talent training mode,focus on the development of students ’ core literacy.In order to keep pace with the pace of educational reform and achieve individualized education for students,under the upsurge of "Internet + education",this study through the analysis and research summary of "flipped classroom" and "Layered approach" at home and abroad,combined with the existing teaching theory foundation,constructs the "F-L" teaching mode model under the background of informationalized education reform.On the basis of previous studies,this study defines the new concepts of "flipping classroom" and "Layered approach" in the "F-L" teaching mode,makes a concrete analysis of the elements of the "F-L" teaching mode in light of the actual teaching situation,and draws a conclusion that junior three teachers and junior three students are full of urgency for the reform of the teaching mode and the introduction of the "F-L" teaching mode through field investigation and interviews.Entering junior high school chemistry class is full of expectations.under the upsurge of "Internet + Education" reform,this study combines the existing teaching theory foundation,selects junior high school students and junior high school teachers to investigate and interview on the current teaching model problems and suggestions for improving the teaching model,and constructs a "F-L" teaching model suitable for junior high school chemistry classroom teaching mode.This research mainly uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview survey method and case analysis method to deeply explore the "F-L" teaching mode,and gives a detailed explanation of the definition,elements,characteristics,functions and construction principles of the "F-L" teaching mode,and combined with specific cases to demonstrate the specific implementation process of the model,to provide reference cases for junior high school chemistry first-line teachers.This study aims to change the shortcomings of the traditional teaching mode through the exploration of the "F-L" teaching mode,and to improve the psychological damage caused by the irrational "divide into classes" teaching to students.Through this model to realize the chemistry classroom "students as the main body,teachers as the leading" teaching ideas,and further promote educational reform,to meet the individualized education of students,to achieve the ultimate goal of "teach according to aptitude",to keep up with the pace of education reform in the information age.
