Research On Group Psychological Of Group Autonomous Management

Team autonomous management is the practice to make the "new curriculum reform" have students to class requirements, process group autonomous management in students, a series of group psychological problems exposed. These problems related to the minors can adapt to community life, is also related to the minors can create a perfect positive personality, to solve these problems and development with the school education, family education and social education there have all kinds of connections with contact.This paper is divided into the causes, and the phenomenon of group psychological problems in five parts of high grade primary school students group autonomous management of solving methods are presented in this paper.The first part is the introduction, introduces the topics proposed relevant background and theory research significance and practical guiding significance. This part also includes the study of domestic primary school high grade students autonomous management team, the review of the related research abroad Children Adolescent Psychology and the group psychological problems. Investigationofthegrouppsychological problems includes investigation of teachers, students and parents in the open and semi open questionnaire data analysis, case selection reflected "group cold violence", "group cooperation and competition", "group error" and "group of negative emotions" four kinds of group psychological problems, and attach the relevant solutions analysis.The third part is the analysis of the causes for children psychological problems, three aspects separately from the teachers’ influence on children of bad information, group psychology and family influence on the children of group psychology and individual differences in psychological analysis for children.The fourth part is to introduce the problems and Countermeasures of students of group psychology, separately from the society, teacher,parents and students themselves four aspects analyzes the related countermeasures of group psychological problems, proposed the student--active, communicating and sharing, teachers-- hidden core, parents-- look before you leap, social-- perfecting the relevant laws and regulations.The last part is the conclusion, a brief summary of the complexity and causes of psychological problems of student groups, and pointed out the deficiencies of this research, ask experts enlighten.
