Teachers' sense of professional accomplishment refers to the teachers' efforts to successfully complete the goals of education and teaching,show their abilities and potentials,and thus gain external affirmation and self-affirmation,and the resulting satisfaction.Teachers' sense of professional accomplishment is different from other professions.First,the improvement of teachers' sense of professional accomplishment is conducive to the unity of teachers' personal progress,social development,and national rejuvenation.Secondly,the happiness brought by teachers' sense of professional achievement is the fusion of transcendental happiness and realistic happiness,not only material satisfaction,but also spiritual satisfaction.Thirdly,the teacher's professional achievement comes from the resonance between development and creativity.Teachers Need to frequently update educational teaching ideas,innovative teaching methods,and study the psychological and emotional characteristics of students in different periods;moreover,teachers' sense of professional achievement is also a combination of endogenous and extrinsic motivational characteristics.Without external excitation,internal drive is also needed.Against the background of the introduction of the new Jiangsu University Entrance Examination Reform Program,studying the sense of accomplishment of teachers in elective subjects is a need to promote the professional growth of teachers and cultivate students' "core literacy".The author selects the sense of professional achievement of teachers of elective subjects as the research object,uses the literature method to understand the relevant theories of teachers' sense of professional achievement,and develops questionnaire topics and interview topics suitable for teachers of elective subjects.The author uses questionnaire stars to issue test papers and retrieve information,assigns values using Likert's 5-point method,passes the reliability and validity tests,and then uses SPSS software for statistical analysis.The study found that teachers of elective subjects generally have a certain sense of accomplishment.Their sense of accomplishment is mainly reflected in their sense of strong teaching ability and ability to perform well in their own jobs.Adapted well to the new curriculum reform and access to lectures,learning,and training opportunities;the lack of achievement was mainly reflected in salary and benefits,social recognition,and insufficient attention by school leaders.Under the premise of grasping the sense of accomplishment,the author classifies teachers 'personal information according to demographic factors,and cross-contrasts with the overall situation and specific performance of teachers' sense of accomplishment.In terms of gender differences,male teachers have a higher sense of competence than female teachers,and female teachers have a more harmonious relationship with their colleagues than male teachers.In terms of academic differences,graduate teachers surpass undergraduate teachers in almost all dimensions of their sense of professional accomplishment.In terms of status differences,geography teachers have the highest sense of professional achievement,and elective one is higher than elective two.In terms of teaching age and professional title differences,new teachers without professional titles have the strongest professional achievement sense;from the difference in whether to hold administrative positions,teachers who hold administrative positions Almost all dimensions of the sense of achievement surpassed normal teachers;in terms of weekly class hours and working hours,professional achievement was inversely related to class hours,but positively related to working hours;in terms of wages and salaries,the highest paid teacher's career The sense of achievement is also the highest,but it is not positively correlated;the difference in professional ideals: professional ideals are positively related to professional achievement.In the survey of motivational factors for professional achievement,more than 50% of teachers chose to get the title promotion opportunity and the priority opportunity for performance salary promotion.In the survey on the effectiveness of measures to motivate teachers to improve their sense of professional achievement,more than 70% of teachers chose to improve the subject status of the subject in the college entrance examination.Finally,the author addresses the lack of professional achievement in various dimensions of S high school,combined with the ranking of effectiveness measures for improving the professional achievement of elective teachers and the ranking of reward and punishment measures to motivate teachers to work hard.From the perspective of the competent unit,it is necessary to create a macro-field environment that promotes the professional growth of teachers,build a micro-policy guarantee to enhance professional achievement,improve the teacher salary system and establish a scientific and reasonable teacher work evaluation system.At the level of S high school,it is necessary to improve the school incentive mechanism and build a human magnetic field that promotes teachers' sense of achievement.Promote the comprehensive improvement of the level of teachers.From the level of S middle school elective subjects,teachers should have a clear career orientation,firm career ideals,clarify career concepts,stimulate internal drive,continuously improve their personal teaching literacy,strengthen their professional thinking and develop a positive mentality of success.
