Private continuing education training institutions are necessary supplements and important components of China's education system;the value of such training institutions is to help adults adapt to social development and promote adult continuing learning and lifelong learning.In the era of information and intelligence,adult participation in continuing education is an inevitable choice for personal career development,and also an important way for the country to advocate lifelong learning and build a learning society.Private continuing education training institutions have not only commercial and educational attributes,but also social attributes.Facing the future,how to make the training institutions of private continuing education play their social functions,serve the local economic and social development better and faster,and make more and better contributions to the national rejuvenation.It is worth scholars and government conducting more profound research.This paper includes the following four parts.Chapter one: introduction of the questions.This paper analyzes the existing conditions,development status,existing value,factors and hazards that affect the social function of private education training institutions,and confirms the necessity of this study.Chapter two: review of domestic and foreign literature,research program.This paper reviews the definition of "social organization" and "social function" and the research of "social function of education","social function of continuing education" and "training function" at home and abroad by referring to the relevant materials;reviews the relevant research of Sanli vocational training school in Chongqing,discusses the theoretical and practical significance of this research;clarifies this paper Based on the research ideas,the research design is carried out and the research method is determined.Chapter three: study the general situation and social function of the case.Thispaper analyzes the basic situation of this case,the training object and the social function.The results show that Sanli vocational training school in Chongqing has made outstanding contributions in training talents,inheriting and innovating culture,exploring new paths and methods of education and training.The fourth chapter discusses and analyzes the internal and external factors that restrict the private continuing education training institutions to play social functions,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
