Research On The Development And Optimization Of Badminton Teaching Resources In Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center

Education issue has been very significant for several years in China.Universities' Physical Education(PE)activities play a key role in enhancing the health of students and cultivating the exercise habits of students.In practical process,lack of PE teaching resources support leads to failure to make perfect education atmosphere.Therefore,this research aims at the teaching resources of Badminton courses in Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center,and does surveys according to literature review for questionnaire items,and then proposes suggestions on resources optimization,in order to promote both teachers and students and further push the reform of universities' PE teaching resources allocation in our country.Our main findings are:1.From the aspect of human teaching resources of Badminton courses in Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center,there are some problems.The continuing education curriculum for teachers is inadequate and there is a lack of communication between teachers as well.At the same time,teachers and students have a weak initiative motivation to develop and utilize badminton teaching resources,and curriculum supervisors do little in enhancing the quality of badminton public classes.Existing factors are the continuing education mechanism is not perfect and there is no effective platform for teachers to communicate with each other.As a result,teachers and students have insufficient awareness of the adoption of badminton teaching resources,and there are weak functions and little supervision regulations from management departments.2.From the aspect of non-human teaching resources of Badminton courses in Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center,there are some problems.There is a lack of online teaching resources hence online badminton teaching are not popular.Therefore,the utilization of multimedia equipment is also not enough.The teaching equipment is always single,and textbooks are out of time.Existing factors are the lack of supporting training in the education and sports departments,and weak financial support from the management department for teaching materials and equipment.3.To solve the problems of human teaching resources of Badminton courses in Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center,this paper has provided with suggestions.The continuing education rule of college badminton teachers should be completed,and the relationship between universities and education departments or other relevant departments should be strengthened hence to create communication opportunities among teachers in Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center.We need also to promote teachers and studentsto understand the concept of teaching resources of Badminton PE classes and to promote supervision staff to push Badminton PE classes4.To solve the problems of non-human teaching resources of Badminton courses in Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center,this paper has provided with suggestions.It is necessary to cultivate the awareness of the utilization of online teaching resources by badminton teachers,and to enhance the using frequency of multimedia equipment as well broaden the adoption channels.What's more,we should enrich the physical education textbooks of Badminton PE classes in Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center and increase the types of equipment for Badminton PE classes.
