Research On The Current Situation Of Physical Education Teaching Resources Of Traditional Badminton Events In Junior Middle Schools In Guangzhou And The Development Countermeasures

Badminton traditional project school is an important cradle to cultivate excellent badminton talents.The development of sports teaching resources can not only improve the teaching quality of school badminton,but also improve the utilization rate of sports teaching resources.By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interview and on-the-spot investigation,this paper studies the current situation of sports teaching resources of traditional badminton events in junior middle schools in Guangzhou,finds out the problems and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.(1)Through the investigation and Research on the teaching human resources,curriculum content resources,venues and facilities resources,competition training resources,teaching funds resources and campus cultural resources of the traditional badminton sports teaching resources in Guangzhou junior middle school,it is found that the overall development level of the traditional badminton sports teaching resources in Guangzhou junior middle school is general.(2)Among the human resources,the teachers are old and experienced,but there are few opportunities for scientific research and training;Students are highly satisfied with the curriculum and teachers,and some schools lack of targeted badminton teaching materials;In the competition training resources,school leaders attach importance to badminton training,and there are more badminton competitions outside school.(3)The utilization rate of badminton facilities is insufficient;In the teaching funds resources,the channels for schools to obtain teaching funds are single;Ignoring the development of badminton cultural resources,the school badminton cultural atmosphere is not strong.(4)There are some problems in the development of sports teaching resources of traditional badminton events in junior middle schools in Guangzhou: Teachers' professional quality needs to be improved;The communication between home and school is not in place;Badminton curriculum development is insufficient;Lack of indoor space and teaching facilities;Badminton related funds are insufficient;Badminton campus culture atmosphere is missing.(5)In view of the problems found in the research,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: in terms of human resources,establish a perfect teacher training system;Get support from students and parents;In terms of curriculum content,improve and enrich badminton curriculum;In terms of site facilities,we should increase the construction of indoor sites;In terms of educational funds,we should broaden the channels of raising funds;In terms of campus culture,enrich the campus badminton activities.
