Research On Problems And Measures Of College Labor Education Practice In The New Era

In the new era,college labor education is an important starting point to fully carry out the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality and morality,and to train qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique and labor.In March 2020,the state council issued the latest policy to make an overall plan for college labor education.Strengthening college labor education is a far-reaching significance for clarifying the important position of college labor education,improving the teaching level of college labor education,and cultivating high-quality talents with knowledge,skills and creativity who can adapt to the development in the new era.Based on the background of the new era,this study firstly defined the connotation of labor,labor education and college labor education based on the review of relevant research results of college labor education at home and abroad,discussed the characteristics of college labor education in the new era,and clarified the theoretical origin of college labor education.Secondly,this study adopt the method of questionnaire and depth interview of college labor education practice to carry out investigation,and college labor ideological education,college labor skills cultivation,college work practice is the theoretical dimension of questionnaire survey.According to the data analysis of the current college labor education overall situation,labor education in colleges in three dimensions the differences of demographic variables,and the problem of college labor education practice reflects are summarized in the new era,aiming at the existing problem of mining,thus puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen labor education universities in the new era.After sorting out and analyzing the results of questionnaires and interviews,the following conclusions can be drawn: First,the college labor education in the new era and its three dimensions present a medium and low level;Second,there are significant differences in the college labor ideological education in terms of gender,place of origin and family economic situation,but not significant differences in the only child,professional category and grade.Third,there are significant differences in the cultivation of college labor skills in terms of gender,place of origin,professional category and grade,but not significant differences in the single child and family economic situation.Fourth,there are significant differences in the college labor practice in terms of whether the only child is a child,the place of enrollment,the type of major and the family economic situation,but not significant differences in gender and grade.The above research results show that the practical effect of college labor education is relatively general,and there are some problems,such as neglecting labor education,lack of strong labor skill training,and neglecting labor training opportunities.Tracing back to the source,it is found that the lack of subjective initiative of individuals,the insufficient play of the main position role of colleges,the weak basic role of families and the lack of social support are the important reasons leading to the emergence of college labor education problems in the new era.Based on the problems and attribution of college labor education,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen college labor education.First,we should follow the principle of coordination and comprehensively strengthen labor education;Second,strengthen labor ideological education,form a correct labor cognition;Third,to enhance the level of labor skills and enhance students' labor practice ability;Fourth,strengthen labor practice,develop good working habits;Fifth,improve labor education security,provide effective support;Sixth,promote labor education in a coordinated way and guide individuals,families and society to actively participate.
