As the main group of young people,college students' well-being status represents the level of young people's personality development and ideological development,affects the social harmony and stability and civilization progress,and relates to the future of national development and national literacy.How to grasp the characteristics of college students in the new era,scientifically analyze the influencing factors of College Students' well-being,and implement effective measures to improve college students' well-being have important theoretical and practical significance.This study chooses mindfulness as the research perspective,focusing on the influence of mindfulness on College Students' well-being,in order to play a positive energy role in cultivating healthy personality and promoting the generation of College Students' well-being through ideological and political education measures such as ideological awareness control and mental health intervention.At present,the academic research on mindfulness is relatively limited,mainly in the fields of medicine,psychology,management and so on.There are few literatures about the relationship between mindfulness and college students' well-being in the field of Ideological and political education in China,and the mechanism of the influence of mindfulness on College Students' well-being needs to be clarified.This paper uses the authoritative scale to measure the variables of mindfulness,college students' well-being,school support and learning input.Among them,college students' well-being includes three dimensions: life satisfaction,positive emotional experience and negative emotional experience.This paper attempts to expand the research field of outcome variables of mindfulness.Taking college students as the research object,based on the existing research results of scholars at home and abroad,a hypothesis model of the relationship between mindfulness,college students' well-being,school support and learning input is constructed.Through hypothesistesting,the comprehensive effect of antecedent variables such as mindfulness,learning input and school support on College Students' well-being is explored.In this paper,819 valid questionnaires are used as samples,spss20.0 is used as statistical analysis software,and descriptive analysis,reliability and validity analysis,one-way ANOVA,correlation analysis,regression analysis and so on are carried out.The results show that: Mindfulness has a positive impact on College Students' life satisfaction and positive emotional experience;mindfulness has a negative impact on College Students' negative emotional experience;learning input completely mediates the impact of mindfulness on College Students' life satisfaction;learning input partially mediates the impact of mindfulness on College Students' positive and negative emotional experience;school support positively regulates the impact of mindfulness on learning input.Based on the conclusion of the study,this paper puts forward countermeasures from three aspects: focusing on the cultivation of College Students' mindfulness,promoting college students' school support,promoting college students' learning input,so as to provide reference and reference for promoting college students' well-being in the practice of Ideological and political education.
