Counselors are directly responsible for the management of college students,responsible for the daily management of students and ideological and political education.Therefore,there are higher requirements for the work ability of college counselors,which plays a positive role in the better training of college students.Ethnic Colleges and universities mainly take the training of ethnic college students as their special mission.Correspondingly,their counselors are facing more work pressure,which is mainly reflected in the special requirements of implementing the basic task of "Building Morality and cultivating people" in Ethnic Colleges and universities,the complexity of daily affairs management of Ethnic College Students,and the requirements of campus culture construction based on different cultural backgrounds in Ethnic Colleges and universities.This paper takes counselors of ethnic colleges as the research object,analyzes the causes of their work pressure,and gives the strategies to relieve the work pressure.The author thinks that the reasons for the work pressure of counselors are firstly from their lack of work experience,secondly from their poor psychological quality,secondly from their high work intensity,as well as from their high occupational risk,low social recognition and bleak career prospects.For the research of Counselor's work pressure,the research idea of this paper is based on the questionnaire and interview method,using the Robbins model to analyze the factors that cause the Counselor's work pressure in Sichuan Ethnic Colleges(focusing on KTMZ as the survey object),and compare the Counselor's work pressure in Ethnic Colleges from three aspects of environment,organization and individual.Firstly,the work stress model of counselors is designed,which is assumed from six aspects.In the 70 questionnaires,64 of them are effectively recovered.Secondly,SPSS is used to make an empirical analysis of Counselor's work pressure,to make statistics of Counselor's personal information,work situation and participation in training,etc.,to analyze the current situation of Counselor's pressure in Minority Colleges and universities from six aspects of work system and treatment,work load,interpersonal relationship,family and individual,evaluation and support,and career promotion,and to compare the magnitude of each aspect of pressure;then to counselor The selection of methods to relieve work pressure is analyzed.Based on the understanding of the current situation of the research on the work pressure of counselors at home and abroad,this paper first determines the source of the work pressure of counselors,designs the work pressure model of counselors by using the Robbins pressure model,and gives the strategies to relieve the work pressure of counselors through the empirical analysis of their work pressure.The conclusion of the study has certain guidance and reference value for eliminating the factors that cause the work pressure of counselors,fundamentally reducing the work pressure,promoting the standardization,professionalization and specialization of counselor team construction,and improving the quality and efficiency of student work management.
