Allocation of excellent compulsory education resources between urban and rural areas,even among schools,is not balanced enough.The ultimate goal of balanced development of compulsory education is to allocate educational resources reasonably.The key to improving the important contents of education development is to improve teaching strategies and methods.This paper,firstly,introduces the mainstream learning methods of effective teaching mode.It also points out the function of this teaching mode such as arousing learning enthusiasm of students,cultivating their independent thinking ability,and enhancing the ability of exchange,cooperation,scientific exploration and analysis of problems.In addition,it is better to introduce effective classroom teaching mode for rural students with learning difficulties.And we can find the reason why they can not be well integrated into mathematics teaching activities through practicing teaching link.Faced with the problems above,I analyze the influence factors and the reason of poor performance of students with learning difficulties in effective teaching classroom.The non-intelligence factors are analyzed deeply.I found some problems.Students,especially the rural students with learning difficulties,are lack of motivation,emotion,determination and study math even with wrong methods.Finally,according to the problems of rural students with learning difficulties in effective classroom teaching and on the basis of the original effective classroom theory construction,it is better for math teachers to build math learning groups after considering the main factors of the features of the subject,diversified thought needed,the degree of attention to the students and the evaluation system of their continuous progress and so on.In the independent learning,the task list is designed and the ladder cooperative learning mode is established,with setting the inquiry learning mode with stages and encouragement.At the same time,it emphasizes that teachers should strengthen the effectiveness,laddering nature,coverage and timeliness in effective classroom teaching.Due to the insufficient understanding of math,it puts forward to the ideas of joining the cultural context knowledge,letting students get involved in operation,practical application and other links in the classroom teaching in order to arouse learning enthusiasm of students and let students have a firm grasp of math knowledge and enhance the ability to make use of mathematical knowledge to solve problems.Through the follow-up practice and reform and each datacontrast analysis of the classroom teaching,it shows that the reform of effective classroom teaching mode contributes to making rural students learn math well and have a good ability to apply math.The purpose of this paper is to find a positive promotion function of teaching strategies by analyzing the problems and the causes in the effective math classroom,in order to achieve the goal of making the rural students get self-development which is suitable for them.I hope to provide some help for schools in remote areas to construct effective math classrooms.
