With the advent of a new era,human capital has become the cornerstone of all competition;universities,as the cradle of nurturing talents,should pay more attention to the increasingly important human capital issues.And college teachers can be confirmed and measured as human capital.How to improve the efficiency of teachers' human capital investment is a major problem to be solved in major universities.This paper selects the input and output indicators to measure the efficiency of teachers,constructs the teacher salary and excess allowance rewards as input indicators,uses teacher research output,talent training output and project output as output indicators,and applies DEA evaluation model to Y University The teacher efficiency of J College is evaluated,and the problems and deficiencies of the teacher efficiency of this college are found based on the evaluation results.First,it summarizes the research status at home and abroad from different levels,and reviews the research status and research results of scholars.Based on the introduction of human capital related concepts,the relevant theories of human capital investment and efficiency are expounded.Related concepts and basic theories of the data envelope model for evaluating efficiency.Secondly,this article analyzes the current situation of J College and the current situation of J College teachers.Based on relevant research results,the wages and excess allowances to measure teacher efficiency are selected as input indicators,and the teachers' scientific research output,project output,and talent output are selected as teachers to measure teacher efficiency.Output indicators;determine the weight of input and output indicators based on relevant data.Third,according to the characteristics of the input and output indicators to measure teacher efficiency,a DEA evaluation model is constructed;the static and dynamic models are combined to evaluate the efficiency of J-school teachers;and the lack of efficiency of J-school teachers in Y-school is analyzed based on the evaluation results..Finally,according to the problems of the teacher's efficiency of the J College,such asthe weak strength of young teachers,the uneven efficiency of teachers,and the uneven distribution of school resources,this paper summarizes the two major problems of teachers 'efficiency in ordinary colleges and universities: low efficiency of teachers' various outputs.The problem of churn is serious.Finally,five suggestions for improving teacher efficiency are put forward: colleges and universities should promote cooperation,improve the evaluation mechanism,optimize the management mode,and improve the teachers' personal quality.
