Middle school period is a high incidence of school bullying.This study has sorted out relevant researches on school bullying behavior at home and abroad,and clarified the connotation,types and roles of school bullying.The author visited four junior high schools of different types,learned about the current situation of school bullying of junior high school students through questionnaires and interview.On the basis of the research,the author selected two classes as the experimental class and the control class.The author carried out group education intervention and individual education intervention research through mental health classes,aiming to explore the educational countermeasures to prevent bullying behaviors in school.In the investigation and research on the current situation of school bullying,the author found that the problem of school bullying is serious and the bullying behavior is universal.In the research on the educational intervention of school bullying,I designed 10 class group courses of school bullying to implement group education intervention for middle school students.To ensure the effect of intervention,I selected two classes as the experimental class and the control class.I used the mental health course to carry out the education intervention courses for the experimental class,while the control class used the non-intervention way to carry out the general mental health courses as usual and carried out the posttest for the two classes after the intervention course.At the same time,according to the actual situation of the experimental class,I selected three typical bullies in the school bullying incidents,and implemented individual educational intervention and counseling for them,hoping to reduce the incidence of school bullying incidents from the source.According to the study,the following conclusions can be drawn: School bullying is persistent,repetitive and harmful.School bullying seriously hinders the healthy growth of teenagers.Group education intervention and individual education intervention are effective in this study.Using group education intervention and individual education intervention to govern the bullying behavior of middle school students is conducive to improving the current situation of bullying.The research suggests that the intervention of bullying behavior of middle school students needs the joint efforts of individual,family,school and society.From the individual level,it is necessary to promote the transformation of middle school students' individual consciousness and behavior according to the different characteristics of the three main roles of the bully,bullied and bystander.From the family level,it is necessary to clarify the responsibilities of family education,change the traditional concept of family education,and create a warm and harmonious family atmosphere for the healthy growth of teenagers.From the school level,it is necessary to improve the bullying governance in order to cultivate the builders and successors of socialist modernization,and we should work hard on the mechanism,improve the quality of teachers and carry out moral education.From the social level,different social departments,organizations and teams should give full play to collective wisdom and innovate bullying governance.
