Research On The Legal Literacy Of College Students In The Self-Media Environment

Legal literacy is an important part of the overall quality of citizens and the embodiment of the achievement of the modernization of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics.The fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee pointed out that China must unswervingly follow the path of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics and promote the construction of rule of law in China.With the advancement of the third scientific and technological revolution,people are increasingly connected with the Internet,and People's Daily life has been inseparable from the existence of "we media"."We media" has the characteristics of easy operation,fast propagation,personalization,and civilianization,etc.,but at the same time,it also faces new challenges to improve the legal literacy of college students.The correct analysis of these new problems is of great practical significance for improving the legal literacy of college students.In view of this,this study takes human free development theory and attribution theory as the theoretical basis,conducts empirical investigation by selecting 750 college students from Huazhong Agricultural University,and conducts dimensional analysis and difference analysis of data results by using SPSS one-way anova and independent sample T test.The study finds that in the we-media environment,there are significant differences in college students' legal literacy under the circumstances of variable factors such as subject,grade,household registration and gender.From the perspective of dimension analysis,the overall level of legal knowledge of college students is fair,but there are still some students with low legal knowledge of we-media.In terms of legal awareness,college students' legal belief needs to be improved,their consciousness of fairness and justice is good,their consciousness of abiding by law is strong,and their consciousness of rights and obligations are not equal.In terms of usage ability,college students' ability to foresee and judge legal events is insufficient,their ability to express rights protection is weak,and their ability to protect legal affairs needs to be strengthened.This study combined questionnaire survey with in-depth interview to sort out the influencing factors of college students' legal literacy under the we-media environment.At the national level,the legislation is not perfect and the legal control is out of balance.Law enforcement is not in place,and we media management lags behind.From the perspective of social environment,it is mainly the negative impact of "we media" platform,the shackle of feudal traditional thoughts and the absence of family education.At the school level,the discipline system of colleges and universities is not perfect,and the importance of the rule of law education is not realized.From the perspective of college students themselves,there is a deviation in their understanding of "we media" legal knowledge,and their self-discipline ability needs to be improved.To improve the legal literacy of college students in the we-media environment,the government,universities,society and families must coordinate education.First,the government should improve the legislation in the field of "we media" to solve the problem of imperfect legal system from the root.We will strengthen supervision and enforce laws strictly to create a good we-media environment.Secondly,at the social level,we media platforms should enhance their awareness of social responsibility and strengthen their supervision.Strengthen family law education and create a harmonious family environment.Thirdly,the school level should change the teaching concept and create a good legal atmosphere.To strengthen teacher education and consolidate the legal foundation of teachers;We should innovate teaching methods and do a good job in law education of "we Media".Finally,starting from college students themselves,improve their legal awareness;Strengthen the effect of learning method,improve the ability of usage.
