With the gradual increase of the state and society's attention to education,the cultivation of normal students has come into our sight,the state has successively issued documents to guide and standardize the cultivation of normal students.At present,normal schools attach great importance to students' educational practice,and the trial teaching of normal school students mainly takes the way that the school appoints the instructors and organizes the trial teaching activities after class.A unified evaluation system has not been formed for the trial teaching of normal school students.This study takes normal students as the evaluation object,and builds an evaluation index system of normal students' trial teaching based on the existing classroom teaching evaluation system,which provides a reference for the evaluation and improvement of the basic teaching skills of normal students.Through the collection and collation of existing classroom teaching evaluation and related literature on teacher training and teacher lectures,based on the six elements of classroom teaching evaluation proposed by Professor Pei Dina,the study compares teacher lectures with teacher classroom teaching Similarities and differences,based on the new requirements of the curriculum standards for modern teachers,with the goal of evaluating the basic teaching skills of normal students,the preliminary evaluation index system for normal students.The indicator system contains five dimensions and a total of fifteen observation indicators.Secondly,the study screened and revised the index system through two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires and referring to expert opinions.After discussing with the experts,the indicators at the same level are compared in pairs to determine their importance,and the weights of the indicators are obtained by AHP.Thirdly,Based on the evaluation system constructed,the study selects students from a normal university as the survey object,compiles a "measurement questionnaire for the evaluation of normal students' trial lectures",and adopts the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method and AHP to comprehensively evaluate the basic skills of normal students.It also analyzes the differences among teachers of different grades,education and gender.Finally,according to the results of the evaluation,the author gives some suggestions for the cultivation of the basic teaching skills of normal students and the improvement of the evaluation mechanism.
