With the advancement of economy and science and technology,the quality of higher education has become increasingly prominent and has quickly become the focus of attention in society and the education community.In recent years,colleges and universities in our country have generally established a Plural subject evaluation method for teachers' classroom teaching quality.Among them,the most common implementation and the largest number of participants are student evaluation of teaching.As a measurement tool of students' evaluation of teaching,the scientific,rationality and maneuverability of the system of students' evaluation of teaching directly affect the effectiveness of students' evaluation of teaching.Therefore,it is an important prerequisite for the successful development of students' evaluation of teaching to establish a system of students' evaluation of teaching that is suitable for students' cognitive development level and subject characteristics.This article attempts to take the public basic course student evaluation of H Normal University as the research object,understand the views of teaching managers,teachers and students through interviews,and combine with references to existing literature to initially construct a student evaluation index with the characteristics of public basic courses system.Later,the Delphi method was used to revise the initial indicator system,and through multiple rounds of consultation with experts,the final H Normal University public basic course student evaluation index system and weight system were obtained.The designed index system is formulated into a student evaluation questionnaire for practical use,to explore its reliability,and to obtain the results of the teacher's teaching quality through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.According to the results,suggestions are made to improve the teaching quality of the public basic courses of H Normal University.The thesis consists of five parts:The first part Introduces the background and significance,sorts out and analyzesthe research results and deficiencies collected at home and abroad,defines the core concepts of this paper and puts forward the theoretical basis,which provides theoretical support for the following research and analysis;The second part is Research design.Describes the research ideas and methods,introduces research tools including an interview outline and four questionnaires,and explains the research objects.The third part analyzes the current student evaluation system of H Normal University.This paper introduces the basic situation of H Normal University and the operation of students' evaluation of teaching.Based on the analysis of the interview results of teachers and students,the existing problems of the evaluation index system of students in H Normal University are concluded,mainly in the aspects of index manager's unilateral formulation,failure to fully reflect teachers' teaching,lack of maneuverability,no subject difference,biased weight setting and unscientific result feedback;The fourth part is the initial construction of the evaluation index system of the students in the public basic courses of H Normal University.On the basis of clarifying the design principles of the evaluation index system,according to the results of interviews with teachers and students and the analysis of relevant policy texts,this paper attempts to put forward the "evaluation index system for students of public basic courses in H Normal University";The fifth part is the revision of the evaluation index system of public basic course students in H Normal University.In order to improve the content validity of the index system designated by the author,a number of experts in related fields are invited to screen,supplement and modify the index system,introduce the process and results of multiple rounds of expert consultation,and finally determine the index system including 5 first level indexes and 22 second level indexes.After the content of the index is determined,the weight of the index is determined by the expert assignment method,and the importance degree of the index is further distinguished;The sixth part is to make the designed "H Normal University public basic course student evaluation index system" into a teacher teaching effect evaluationquestionnaire for practical application,and judge its rationality.Through the analysis of the students' evaluation results of the two teachers by the method of fuzzy evaluation,its advantages and disadvantages are diagnosed.The seventh part is the summary.This paper reviews the research process and results,points out the shortcomings and prospects of the research,and puts forward suggestions for improving the teaching quality of public basic courses in H Normal University.
