Research On The Current Situation Of The Teaching Methods Of National Online Open Courses

With the continuous impact of technology on education,the key point is to promote the teaching reform of higher education with technology.The construction of national excellent online open courses is an important content of the deep integration of information technology and education under the promotion of national policies.It has different characteristics from the traditional classroom teaching in the presentation of teaching content,teaching methods of teachers,learning methods of students and interaction between teachers and students.From the perspective of teaching,there are a lot of researches on the national top-quality online open courses,but there is little quantitative and systematic research on teaching methods,and there is still a lot of research space in this area.In this paper,the researchers selected 801 national top online open courses in 2018 as the large sample of the study,and finally selected 95 courses as the research object through stratified sampling.Research methods such as literature research,investigation and content analysis were used.The research goal is to record,quantify,count and analyze the teaching methods adopted by the course through observation and learning,so as to provide data reference for the follow-up research of national top online open courses.Through the research,we have completed the survey of the current situation of the teaching methods of national top-quality online open courses in 2018;the analysis of the application of teaching methods in different levels of colleges and universities;the analysis of the application of teaching methods in different subjects;the analysis of the interaction behavior between teachers and students in typical courses.The following conclusions are drawn:1? The teaching method used in the national excellent online open courses is still mainly teaching,but in the teaching process,other materials are added to display the teaching content,making the teaching content presentation diversified.2? The application effect of the traditional teaching method is influenced by the teacher's speech.The vivid,friendly and logical language of the teacher can give full play to the application effect of the traditional teaching method.3? There is more than one teaching method used in a course,but it is mainly in the form of lecturing and a combination of various teaching methods.4? The teaching methods adopted by the national top-quality online open courses are influenced by the subject content,and the teaching methods adopted by the teaching contents of different natures are different.Through the research,the paper puts forward the following improvement measures for the teaching methods of national online open courses1? It is suggested that the traditional teaching method should be improved by combining classroom discussion teaching with discussion area and increasing students' participation in the discussion area,so as to achieve the purpose of enhancing the interaction between teachers and students.2? It is suggested that teaching methods should be selected reasonably according to the nature of subjects,so as to improve the teaching effect.3? As the network platform has the functions of data statistics,interaction,resource sharing,course package import and export,release and so on,it is suggested to explore new teaching methods combined with the network platform,and explore the practical inquiry teaching based on the network platform to enhance the students' subjectivity in the classroom.4? For the same course,a single teaching method can not reflect the teaching content well.It is suggested to use a variety of teaching methods to improve students' interest in learning according to the subject nature of the teaching content.
