Research On The Cultivating Of Students' Consciousness Of The Rule Of Law In The Moral And Law Courses Of Junior Middle School

The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China passed the "Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Major Issues in Promoting the Rule of Law in an All-round Way",which requires the integration of rule of law education into the national education system,emphasizing the comprehensive promotion of rule of law and building a socialist rule of law country.In 2018,Xi Jinping mentioned in his talk to enhance the awareness of law-abiding and lawabiding usage of the whole sociology,and the Ministry of Education also proposed to cultivate students' awareness of the rule of law.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of my country proposed to deepen the practice of governing the country according to law,enhance citizens 'awareness of the rule of law,improve the level of the rule of law in our country,and lead a new era of governing the country according to law.As a successor of China's socialism and the main force for future social development,young people have increased the number of cases of crimes and violations in recent years.Emphasizing the education of the rule of law among junior high school students and cultivating the awareness of the rule of law are issues that need to be resolved urgently.Based on the main content of the rule of law awareness,this article uses literature research and questionnaire survey methods to conduct a study on the current situation of the rule of law awareness in three middle schools in Sichuan Province.And put forward specific solutions.Based on this,this article is mainly composed of five parts:The first chapter is the introduction.It introduces the background and significance of the topic selection.Through the domestic and foreign literature reviews,it summarizes and combs the current junior high school moral and law courses in the cultivation of middle school students' awareness of the rule of law.Innovation and deficiency.The second chapter is an overview of cultivating the rule of law awareness of middle school students in the moral and rule of law class.It explains the concepts related to the rule of law awareness,and summarizes the main contents of the rule of law awareness into legal awareness,authority,procedural rules and rights and obligations.The third chapter is the analysis of the effectiveness of cultivating the rule of law awareness of junior high school students and the analysis of the existing problems.Through the analysis of the questionnaire survey and interview results of three junior high schools in Sichuan Province,we can understand the current status of the rule of law awareness of junior high school students,and analyze its better aspects and shortcomings.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the reasons for the problems of cultivating the consciousness of law in middle school moral and rule of law students.The junior middle school ethics and rule of law is the main way to cultivate the consciousness of rule of law.Analyze the cause of the problem.The fifth chapter is to explore the countermeasures for cultivating the rule of law awareness of middle school students in the moral and rule of law classes.Based on the analysis of the reasons,it mainly starts from establishing the correct concept of rule of law education,enriching the content of rule of law teaching,promoting the diversification of rule of law teaching methods,and building a professional rule of law teacher team.Combining junior middle school morality and rule of law textbooks and specific practical cases,put forward practical countermeasures for the cultivation of awareness of the rule of law.
