Contemporary China is in a new era of striving for national rejuvenation.Excellent traditional culture plays an important role in the long-term development of all aspects of our country.In the "Junior High School Moral and Rule of Law Curriculum Standard",it is emphasized that junior high school students should learn and understand traditional Chinese culture and enhance cultural confidence.The State Council also issued the "Opinions on the Implementation of the Project for the Tradition Development of Excellent Traditional Culture ",which indicates that the excellent traditional culture should be linked with the curriculum of various subjects in middle schools and integrated into ideological and moral education in an all-round way.Therefore,the moral and rule of law course in junior high school is not only the main position of moral education and rule of law education,but also the important position of learning excellent traditional culture.Excellent traditional culture contains immortal moral education thoughts and the idea of rule of law,and occupies an important position in the compilation of moral and rule of law.Combining excellent traditional culture with moral and rule of law can not only broaden the way of traditional culture education,effectively carry out excellent traditional cultural education,allow students to inherit and promote excellent traditional culture,but also further cultivate students' good character and civic awareness.This not only enriches the content of moral and rule of law teaching in junior high school,improves the appeal of teaching,but also provides new ideas for the inheritance and development of excellent traditional culture.This article consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.This chapter mainly clarifies the background and significance of this topic by combing the existing research materials,and summarizes the current status of research at home and abroad,as well as the ideas and methods of research.The second chapter is an overview of related theories.Based on the definition of the core concepts of excellent traditional culture,the necessity and feasibility of the integration of excellent traditional culture into the teaching of moral and rule of law in junior high schools are explained,and the specific principles of integration into teaching are analyzed,so as to make clear that this article has the value of research.The third chapter is the survey status.Based on the survey of five middle schools in Sichuan,this chapter analyzes and summarizes the current achievements and shortcomings of the integration of excellent traditional culture into the teaching of moral and rule of law in junior high schools.The fourth chapter analyzes the reasons.It mainly analyzes and summarizes the reasons for the lack of integration from the three dimensions of school,teacher and student.The fifth chapter is to explore the countermeasures.In view of the shortcomings of integration into practice,starting from the two dimensions of classroom teaching and extracurricular practice activities,focusing on the five elements of the teaching process and combines with the junior high school moral and rule of law textbooks in order to provide some ideas for the teaching practice of integrating excellent traditional culture into junior high school moral and rule of law courses.
