Rules are the premise of social harmony and stability,and the concept of "contract spirit" and "equal coexistence" contained in them are the qualities that members of con temporary society should possess.On the one hand,rule formation is a compulsory cou rse for pupils to step into group life and grow into talents.On the other hand,we can't i gnore the problems of the existing rules education in the aspects of goal,content,meth od and so on.In recent years,constantly improve the degree of attention to the rules of the students education in our country,have been awarded the "outline of teenagers edu cation under the rule of law",the moral education of primary and middle school studen ts guide and other documents,elementary school is in the form on the threshold of idea s,practices,is the key to the rules of quality formation period,the elementary school hi gher grades stage is moral from the "heteronomy" to "self-discipline" transition,forms the rule of high quality is the precondition of "transition" successfully completed,there fore,to rule the elementary school higher grades students education is very necessary.This study mainly adopts three investigation methods of literature,questionnaire a nd interview to investigate the research trends of rule education and the current situatio n of rule education in upper grades of primary schools.First,through literature review t o understand the research trends of rule education,combining with previous research r esults to clarify the specific content and objectives of rule education;Second,combinin g with the characteristics of primary school students and primary school characteristics,preparation of questionnaire and interview outline,the yantai L the elementary school higher grades among 310 students and 10 teachers,the main research content is "stude nts' literacy status quo rules" and "rules of the school education",through the analysis of the results of the survey,found the problem,look for reason;Third,combined with t he existing problems,analyze the causes and put forward specific and feasible promoti on strategies.The survey results show that,on the whole,senior primary school students have a high level of rule literacy,with the best performance in the cognitive dimension and po or performance in the behavioral dimension.At the same time,there are differences in all aspects of rule literacy between men and women,between different grades,betweenclass cadres and non-class cadres,between students whose parents are the main imple mentor of tutor and students whose parents are not the main implementor of tutor.Ther e are many influencing factors.First of all,parents' own level of rule literacy,cognition of rule education and implementation means all directly affect the implementation of f amily rule education.Secondly,the effect of school rule education is directly determine d by the curriculum setting,the way of rule education adopted by teachers and the mea ns of evaluation.Thirdly,the social atmosphere and public opinion directly affect the i mplementation of school rules education.Fourthly,students' cognition and emotional i dentification of rules,as well as the formation of rule-abiding willpower,directly affect their rule literacy level.In this regard,this paper proposes improvement strategies fro m the following aspects: first,improve the level of teachers' rule education,including c hanging the concept of rule education,clarifying the content of rule education,and ado pting scientific education methods;Second,to promote the unified development of kno wledge,affection and action,including the establishment of rule cognition,the cultivati on of rule emotional identity,the training of rule will,the formation of rule behavior;T hirdly,we should improve the evaluation of regular education,including adhering to th e educational orientation of evaluation purposes,diversified evaluation methods,highli ghting the dual principal role of teachers and students in the evaluation process,and ti mely implementation of rewards and punishments.Fourth,strengthen cooperation in h ome-school rule education,including strengthening cooperation in the content and met hods of rule education.
