Education is a topic we will always pay attention to since ancient times.The state and society have higher and higher expectations for school education.Since 2016,the state has issued a series of legal provisions to deal with campus bullying,which has led to a decline in hard violence on campus,but Violence began to appear in people's sight in various forms.Soft violence has particularity and implicitness.The senior students in school are a critical phase of physical and mental development.They are sensitive,contradictory,impulsive,and prone to conflicts and conflicts in their interactions with classmates,which can easily lead to unintended consequences.Given the problem solve among students,they are more likely to report to gentle violence.In the vast rural areas,the phenomenon of soft violence is more obvious,but the psychological state and mental health of students are often overlooked.Elementary school students are in a critical phase of physical and mental development,so the sensitivity?contradiction and impulse of elementary school students can easily lead to unpredictable consequences during this time.There are very few investigations on soft violence among students in the society.In order to conduct in-depth research,this article based on the research results of existing papers based on Bandura 's social learning theory,Dorald 's frustration-attack theory,interpersonal needs.The three-dimensional theory and the characteristics of the physical and mental development stages of primary school students specify a set of relative measures for senior students in rural primary schools,and establish a correct educational concept to deal with the problems encountered in the process of communication.The phenomenon of gentle violence among primary school children in rural areas has the basic characteristics of complexity,longevity,diversity and obscurity.According to the analysis of a large number of cases and the results of the questionnaire,firstly,soft violence is divided into two dimensions: language soft violence and behavior soft violence.And then analyze the two groups of victims and perpetrators.Find out the reasons of school,society,family and students yourself and are all of the determine the appropriate countermeasures according to the reason.The countermeasures for reducing the senior students in rural elementary schools should be based on the principles of individualized teaching,guiding principles,and unity of knowledge and action.The countermeasures proposed in this study include: improving students' inherent,self-improvement and overcoming their shortcomings;constructing a harmonious family atmosphere and focusing on scientific and effective communication.
