Education is the hope and the future of a country,so state and society’s expectation of education is becoming higher and higher,however at the same time of attention to academic performance,in recent years,"banner campus soft violence is appearing a variety of forms,which draws attention from all walks of life.This study mainly analyzes the elementary school teachers as the main body of education soft violence.Because diverse and soft violence has the characteristics of concealment and subtle,in order to further research,Based on the education of "soft violence",form of expression,the relationship between teachers and students,the characteristics of physical and mental development and teaching mode and concept dimension to this problem,such as the present situation investigation and analysis,in view of the cause of many problems,according to the theory of humanism,Rosenthal effect theory,in the mirror theory and development theory as the support,from perfecting education system,implement social work theory,the way of introducing social work(team work,case work and community work)three aspects put forward countermeasures and Suggestions,the improvement of the ideological recognition and awareness is the primary.and a series of system construction is to alleviate source soft violence basic safeguard,therefore this article mainly integration advantages,energized perspective,potential,professional ethics,public awareness and system construction Suggestions,looking forward to all parties working together to build a happy and healthy learning and growing environment for primary school students.
