students to live.However,educational soft violence is increasingly occurring in primary school campuses.The elementary school classroom is a place for teachers and students to be active,and what happens in the classroom is rarely known to third parties.In general,when the soft violence of education in the primary school classroom rises to a serious violent incident,it will cause widespread concern in society.The victim is not a child whose body and mind have not yet matured,or a teacher who has received little attention on mental health issues.The existence of educational soft violence is a social phenomenon that is enough to destroy life.Taking this as a reason,the study selected "dialysis of the phenomenon of soft violence in education in primary school classrooms" as the topic.The article adopts research methods such as literature method,observation method and interview method.From the development of logical order,according to the research idea of "what is-what is the concrete manifestation-why-how to do it",the research is mainly divided into the following four parts: object Identification,site visits,theoretical exploration and coordination of forces.Object recognition is the interpretation of what is the soft violence of education in the primary school classroom.This is the basis of research.This study believes that the soft violence of education in the primary school classroom refers to the behavior that the subject(teacher or student)exerts on the other subject(student or teacher)in the process of primary school classroom activities that causes the other party to be psychologically and mentally unbearable.The main manifestation is that individuals or groups temporarily in a strong position in the classroom express their intentions or unintentionally in terms of language,attitudes,behaviors,etc.,through non-physical contact,using non-violent means for individuals who are temporarily in a weak position or The act or omission of a group to psychic punishment.It has thecharacteristics of deceptive motives for violence,diversity of methods of violence,differences in objects of violence,concealment and long-term consequences of hazards.The on-site inspection is a detailed explanation of the type of performance of the educational soft violence phenomenon in the primary school classroom.This is the basis for the research.Through the typical cases collected from the classroom,the article analyzes the "teacher initiative-student driven type","student initiative-teacher driven type",and "student initiative-student driven type" education soft violence in the language,Attitude,behavioral performance.The theoretical exploration is to deeply analyze the reasons behind the phenomenon of educational soft violence in the primary school classroom and the operational mechanism.This is the focus and difficulty of the research.This study believes that the phenomenon of soft violence in education in primary school classrooms is the result of five factors: history,instinct,system,field and role.First,Historical and cultural conditions are the social environment in which the phenomenon of soft violence of education in primary school classrooms occurs,including the tradition of the dignity of teachers and the reality of the current education,the "one dollar" requirement of social norms and the "diversity" under the influence of the big environment.Opposition,the thrust of social opinion,etc.;Second,human beings have instincts such as aggression,euphoria,and profitability.The classroom actions of teachers and students will be driven by natural forces;Third,the authority and freedom given by the system,these two forces are in the classroom.Inadequate handling in teaching activities will lead to conflicts and confrontation;Fourth,the primary school classrooms will play a power game under the influence of rules,capital,habits and other factors;Fifth,teachers and students have different roles expecting each other,and teachers tend to achieve students Instrumental roles,primary school students are more inclined to play a good emotional role around others,the different needs of the role,induced educational soft violence.The coordination of power is the analysis of the feasibility of how to eliminate the phenomenon of soft violence in primary school classrooms.This is the direction of research.The article believes that the essence of education is the contest of power,and that education soft violence,as a kind of "educational evil force",needs "educational good power" to dispel it.Therefore,this study believes that through some theoretical discussions on how to eliminate the phenomenon of soft violence in primary school classrooms,it has naturally achieved the "punishing evil and promoting good" and realizing the return to the essence of education.Based on the perspective of primary school classroom teaching subjects,the article attempts to learn from the theory of intersubjectivity,advocates the establishment of dual subjects in theclassroom teaching process of primary schools,and places the power of both subjects in an equal position,so that each has their dignity to participate in classroom activities.In this way,the power of the classroom subject can realize the transformation from "educational evil power" to "educational good strength",return to balance,return to the essence of education,and finally realize the all-round development of human beings. |
