| With the evolution of the times,there have also been innovative changes in the sports world.More and more new training methods are gradually coming into view,the most prominent are functional training,core strength training and core stability training.Among them,core stability training has the most obvious performance on athletes' physical fitness and can be applied to various sports.In many sports,martial arts routines are gradually emerging.For martial arts routine practitioners,the flying vertical movement is one of its important technical performances.The main benchmark is to take the whirlwind foot and the flying lotus swing as the main benchmark.It is the key content that athletes should strengthen their practice.Generally speaking,there are many factors that affect the technical performance of martial arts routine practitioners,such as flying speed,body posture and strength level.Practice has proved that the introduction of core stability training can promote athletes' control of body posture,effectively transmit power to accurate positions,and strengthen core parts.Therefore,this study aims to increase core stability training in martial art routines to improve athletes' physical fitness and technical performance.In this research,we use the methods of literature data,expert interviews,and experiments to take martial arts routine practitioners as the research subject and introduce core stability training to determine its impact on athletes' technical performance.Technical performance is mainly aided by whirlwind feet.And the flying pendulum lotus vertical flying to measure.Twenty students from the 2016 class martial arts routine theory and practice class were selected as experimental subjects,and they were divided into an experimental group and a control group for a 12-week experiment.Among them,the experimental group used core stability training,while the control group used traditional The training method is to determine the impact of core stability training on the technical performance of martial arts routine practitioners by comparing the changes in the index test results between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The regular training mode and the core stability training mode can promote the physical fitness of the practitioners to a certain extent,but the physical fitness of the experimental group is significantly better than that of the control group.Tester.(2)Compared with the conventional special technical exercises,increasing the corestability training enables the practitioners to improve their body posture in the action of flying up and down.Make the movement better.For example,during vertical turning,you can coordinate the movements of turning hips,turning shoulders,and swinging your head.After the shot,your arms quickly clasp your chest and your overhanging legs and torso are about 180 degrees.(3)The core stability training can improve the degree of rotation of the students in the martial art routine.The most powerful proof is that the degree of rotation of the whirlwind foot and the degree of rotation of the vortex foot of the experimental group were both before and after the experiment.There has been a noticeable improvement.It shows that for the experimental group,the 12-week core stability training has a certain effect,which makes both movements significantly improve in degree.(4)The students in the control group used the whirlwind foot vacillation movement.The student's level fluctuated relatively little and can be ignored.However,the vacancies in the vacant rotation movement made the students' growth leaps and bounds,bringing a qualitative jump.There is a very obvious gap between the two. |
