The core stability force training is a new type of training method that has been studied most in recent years.The research shows that in the improvement of hurdling technology,the stability of the core muscle group and the enhancement of the balance ability are very important.The core stability force can not only enhance the control ability of the athlete's nerve and muscle system,but also provide stable support for the human body to continue to exert force in high-intensity sports,and has a significant role in the prevention of sports injuries.As one of the main competitions in track and field competition in today's world,hurdling is also an indispensable content in college sports teaching and training.If it can be used reasonably in the training of the hurdling project of college sports majors,it will certainly promote the improvement of the short span training quality of college sports majors.Therefore,this study applies the core stability force exercise to the training of the hurdling sub-items,finds the core stability force training method that promotes the hurdling item by using the literature data method and the expert interview method,and intervenes it through the experimental method.Using 3D image analysis method and mathematical statistics method to analyze and interpret the pre-test indicators and the HD images taken after the experiment,we discussed that under the same conditions,The experimental group and the control group compared the results of the training course after 12 weeks of applying the core stability strength training method and the traditional strength training method.Experiments showed that: 1.After 12 weeks of training,the test results of physical fitness in the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group,especially the test results of 30 seconds hanging high leg lifting and eight abdominal bridges(P & lt;0.05)There are significant differences,indicating that corestability strength exercises have a catalytic effect on improving students 'physical quality;2,through the experimental group and control group 60-meter column technical evaluation,standards and video analysis analysis found(P & lt;0.05)There is a significant difference,indicating that the core stability force exercise has a significant role in improving student hurdles technology;3,through the statistics of the number of injuries in the two groups,it was found that there were 1 in the experimental group and 3 in the control group,indicating that the core stability force exercise was helpful to prevent the appearance of sports injuries.The following conclusions were drawn:1,the unbalanced and unstable conditions in the core stability exercise practice method enhances the students 'ability to continuously exert force during the process of conquering difficulties and exercise,under the condition of improving physical quality and stability quality.The stability force training of the hurdling project is supplemented and developed to improve the training quality.2,the core stability force practice is applied in stages in the hurdle training course,can effectively improve the hurdle performance.3,applying the core stability force exercise to the preparatory activities part of the hurdle training class,so that the sports muscles can be fully mobilized,which has a positive effect on the improvement of the technique of the hurdle step and the prevention of damage.4,in the technical learning stage of hurdling,the addition of core stability force exercises can make the hurdling technical actions more detailed and accurate,and effectively improve the hurdling technical evaluation results.
